Toxic Lightning the timing is weird. You have a very slowed down, lingering final hit, followed by insane knock back. This on top of how unexpected it is to have a Cloud using limit off stage. So it can be challenging to time the tech just right because the window you have to recover and react is miniscule, and if you miss it you'll be in the blast zone before you realize you flubbed.

I've heard that Luigi may have an even matchup against Lucinarth (at least, better than Mario) for the main reason that Luigi gimps them both easier than Mario can.
Elegant got so close to getting the Poke combo so many times, he should spend some time on it because its literally a guarenteed 0-death on Cloud and a guarenteed death on a lot of other characters around 20%.

Everyone else in the current top 10 has more results than him still and also has more wins against more of the other top players than Elegant. However, if he can keep up this performance in the future and take out some of the other big names (such as Dabuz, Mr. R, Nairo, Salem, and especially Zero) while also consistently making it into the top 8 of S-tiers _then_ I would say he's top 10.
On the topic of the rankings: what annoys me is that they don't account for varying difficulties of characters (i.e. tiers). Don't get me wrong -- I think the ranking system is how it should be. I'd just like to take a moment to acknowledge how incredible Elegant is for finding a way to make Luigi work! (Props to MKLeo, an amazing player, too)
Luigi is a pretty high tier character dude, zero considers him in the top 15 characters and he has some pretty clear advantages vs a char like cloud. Don't get me wrong, luigi has quite a few flaws and this matchup is still pretty difficult, but don't act like he's some lowtier garbage like palutena or something.
Just Breathe yes because relatively speaking she is a low tier character. She's not worthless, but any decent player can see she has more weaknesses than luigi.
