There was a Henderson raw BCA on comc for $370 early in the season. No doubt cheaper elsewhere as the card sat on there for all of May. With good old hindsight I should have stretched my $200 max singles rule. That card must have doubled since then. Might still be a good buy right now if he continues his great form. Shocking image though. They nailed his Topps Chrome image. Batting pose makes the best images imo.

Lindor is criminally underrated. Personally, I'm sad he plays for the Mets. I dream that he gets traded to the Dodgers one day. 50 fWAR at 30 years old, best shortstop of my baseball fandom. His downfall is how bad he starts the season, only to heat up when no one is seemingly watching..

My local bookmaker has Judge at 1.45, Henderson at 5.00, Soto 8.5 and BWJ 12.00. I find American sportsbooks unusual in the way they present their odds. These figures are dollar amounts and what you would get back if you wagered $1. IE You put a $10 bet on Judge and get back $14.5, Henderson $50 etc. We used to use fractional odds like the English still do and that was trickier especially when players are in the red( worse then even money) like Judge. He would be 9-20. I digress. Judge would have to get injured or have the mother of all slumps to not win.

@@SpitballinCards Gunnar's odds are not that tempting for mine. If he was Soto's odds, yes. He has to get within 10 HR's of Judge to get it. If Gunnar does hit 45HR but Judge hits 55 that might be enough for Judge. I could be wrong on that. Like you said Gunnar a SS and Judge mostly DH. Judge's 2013 Bowman Chrome is a really great looking card. I would love to own something like that. I think if the guy can stay healthy for another 5 years and plays at an elite level that card should creep up and at least hold its value when he retires. I can't see it going up drastically unless he hits 80 HR's in a season and wins a few title though the latter not hugely important for prices. It's a shame he came into MLB relatively late. If he had been 23 in 2017 instead of 26 there might be a bit more room for growth. Definitely one the best looking BCA for a top tier player. Soto's is absolutely tragic. Acuna's is not much better and neither is Henderson's.
