Kill Blue is one of the current popular new series in the magazine cause it’s tocs are very good and it keeps getting colors. It is very much not a lamb to the slaughter. If anything that’s Tenmaku Cinema

I watched the Black Clover anime before the manga and I still enjoyed it especially the movie, it goes to show that this shonen knows how to be fun while having basic tropes but better than the previous shonens
Great video as always my dude, though unfortunately the only wsj series I like is Chainsaw man part 1, JOJO'S parts 1-6, Fist of the north star, Kinnikuman, Saint Seiya, Dragon quest adventures of Dai ect, but not many people in the west know of most of the series in the latter, if you ever get a chance to read these manga you won't regret it 👌 Keep up the great work!
One Piece is goated. Literally still the best manga in the magazine. I find that the people who enjoy One Piece the most are the people that read the story with Luffy's mindset. Which is "I don't really care that much about the destination I'm here for the journey". They're focused more on just enjoying the adventure rather than getting to the end. So I can understand why you wouldn't enjoy it if you're looking for faster & more immediate payoffs, but personally, I enjoyed Davy Back. I thought it was a fun little side adventure that had some of the best comedy in the series. One Piece fans are still eatin' good. Our final saga is already looking better than the other 2 members of the original big 3 and Oda still isn't losing steam. So considering how those series ended I'd say we're still winning. Goat Piece 20+ years running and still in the top 10. No other manga is pulling that off. lol.

I think people saying one piece is 'the best of the big 3' is a fair argument, but I don't think its as much of a stomp in one piece's favor as people act like it is. One piece has a lot of issues and some of its greatest weaknesses are Naruto and Bleach's greatest strengths. I think One piece's genius comes from a broader context in how it builds this organic world and never completely falls off like other series do. But some arcs honestly do kinda miss

Undead Unluck literally took all second place with all my favorite aspect in a manga. It has the best worldbuilding after One Piece and the best power system after HxH. Like it's my number one manga right now. The only thing I kinda dislike but also grateful for it is it's too fast-paced. However still, Yoshifumi is GoaTzuka.
I miss Mashle so much. Loved the manga love the anime. Yes it’s one punch man, black clover, Harry Potter mixed together. Love the sense of humor the art was amazing the tone was consistent overall a feel good series

The Elusive Samurai is based on real history. So it will end at 1352 or 1353(Tojo's death). Current Timeline in TES is 1338. Nue's Exorcist is still going strong in Japan, it's currently the second best selling manga among 2023 WSJ series. (6th best selling manga among 2023 series).
Also worth to note that without UU getting an anime, Nue would have outsell the series cause UU 17 was selling 24,251 which is below Nue's first vol 25,667. UU anime boost the series back to 30k seller.

A lot of this video was recorded when Nue only had one chapter out. The recent pivot of Nue from JJK clone to battle harem was honestly the best decision, and Kill Blue surviving was what I wanted. Still mad about Tenmaku and Fabricant
Yeah, fuck One Piece. Even if that coveted ending does finally come it will still be the one of the "Big Three that I will not finish. I *loathe* Naruto more, still finished it. Bleach broke my heart, still finished it. One Piece? No, that shit started to bore the fuck out of me, the repeated One Piece Cycle just got so tiring and exhausting, and then I was told it'll be another ten or so years I don't remember exactly before it FINALLY ends. So I dropped off after Flamingo was defeated and haven't looked back since. And I'm never gonna touch Hunter X Hunter for much of the same reasons. I already went through this bullshit with One Piece I'm not doing it with a manga that will not even finish....
