Back then there were like only on average 50 to 100 servers online… It was the most fun time of my live, i got to a point that i was Lead Developer of the server. I met a lot of new friends in that server. But then things changed, people started to copy us… and that was the moment that our community died… in August 2022 we decided to shut down our server and our discord, for ever… Just so u know that being staff or owning on a private server can be sad to. It’s not like most players think it is…
Other things people do is that they Immediately join and leave. I am trying to grow my Fire Dept. server which is called "Liberty County's Finest" and once they join, boom they leave possibly because of lack of members. Also another thing to add to grow is partnerships sometimes they help. Edit: Sometimes people want to merge with your server to there own server and I did it once but failed so I politely decline.

My tip to you all is to host daily ssus, get partnerships with decently big servers meaning you should gain members that play on your server and are active in your discord server.

I have an idea, Make a fictional state/country. (Livery pass needed) It will make it alot more exiting than just the normal real life places. It will be really cool if you have fictional places.
Ngl, like just after new years, some person made a ERLC server and i joined it, cause it was small i got moderator to help. About 5-10 days later we became popular. At the time of the peak i got sick then everything went downhill. Some others were hired along with me at first but then the owner needed help and hired others. One of the new mods kicked everyone and the server is just a ghosted server that no one uses. :(
