Without it, you can simply make a plan to stop by the tool store as soon as it runs out (or close to when it does) so you can have an almost infinite scanner. And if I'm not mistaken, the price has been lowered to $650 or something like that. I havent really looked at the prices of stuff tho, i just buy what i need and leave
I also use the SWAT gamepass and also I troll crims by hiding on top of jewelry store, and while they're robbing I glitch through the roof and arrest the while they are doing the minigame LOL XD

When you shoot on vest (idk how that works so i may be wrong with places u shoot and percentage it lowers the damage of guns etc.) It lowers the damage by 20% and same with helmet. Another thing you forgot: ghost is unlocked with rank (captain) in police/sherrif team. 🤓👆

fr the police fully just jump on your car and give you a general cite for no reason, it’s so annoying
Try tiered servers or private servers but yeah it is annoying public servers are just money and xp grinders now
Some police officers also try bait you into getting a wanted star so they can arrest you
