I always wanted to be an engineer, but was impossible for me to reclass to. The only one that was open was bridge crew 12C, I heard terrible things about that MOS, though. SAPPERS, KING OF THE CASTLE!
I was a 12c which is a combat engineer also with concentration on bridge building, but we also trained in demolitions and disarming land mines inbasic and AIT 12b and 12c trained togetherif I remember correctly. 12c was actually better because we didn't go to the field everytime the battalion went Eco. and HHC was in the rear with the gear sometimes, and when we did go, say the battalion was out thhere a week, the 12c was out there maybe 3 or 4 days and we were headed back. Most days we were in our gp medium playin cards
