- Yes, bacteria are important to not only your health but also to your ability to experience enlightenment. In this video, I share a biohack that restores to you a type of bacteria that has been all but wiped out by our modern-day, antibiotic-drenched lifestyles. It's a type of bacteria that restores health and happiness.

Something that was on my mind when you said "science makes things magical no longer magical". It's fascinating to me how the geometry and math from today's school is so...soulless. I can say I did not like math/geometry at school because it just felt like pointless robotic calculations on a whiteboard. But when you actually go back to what the ancient people thought of this subject, geometry and math had a soul, it was a philosophy. It's like we took the numbers part of math but completely left the philosophy or the "soul" of it behind. It led people (including me) in school to hate people like Pythagoras without having any idea what the whole subject meant for them. When people say "everything is mathematics" they don't even understand what they (or the ancients) meant by that. Because the point wasn't that physics is math, the point is geometry/math can serve as a metaphysical philosophy, and this has happened to many many subjects. We took the "scientific" part of many subjects and completely left their soul in the desert of the past, for few people to hopefully rediscover
So well said! That clenches it for me. I'll make the next video about this idea, but I'll apply it to reading and studying in general.
@ Thank you! Exciting!

Very useful information. I agree on the sensory deprivation. Silence is golden 😊 If I go to someone’s house where the tv is on (even the radio sometimes) with it’s irregular sounds, I have to fight myself not to find their remote to lower the volume or even turn it completely off. I am so much more peaceful and calm without noise.
I have difficulties regulating myself because of the autism and random sounds really bug the sh*t out of me. Silence is like a gentle hand on your shoulder. *bliss*
Hmm. I would like to know if the l. reuteri helps people diagnosed with autism.
@ I wonder. My yogurt container didn’t have that particular strain in it. If I remember, I should pick some up.
@@Pallasathena-hv4kp What I propose is not technically yogurt. Or rather, it's a new kind of yogurt. A particularly yummy one!
@ thanks for sharing it with us. 😄
Sometimes your videos are so relevant to me I consider a restraining order, even though I live in nz 😂
Thank you Lyam! This was awesome. I felt the need to add to be careful of Candida Albicanas. Its a common yeast in the human intestine, but as you stated with antibiotics, poor diet, the candia yeast can flourish into a fungus and wreck havoc on your body. Mainly it controls your ghrelin. Candida thrives off sugar. It either consumes seretonin or damages your gut so badly theres very little seretonin production. It also either consumes potassium or disturbs how the body utilizes it. I had it for over 20 years with a combination of the MHTFR mutation and hypokalmia (low potassium). Through holisitc means my body thought off the candida and I can finally be. I felt the need to point out you can perform all these wonderful activities however if you have an infection of candida or something a kid to it the efforts may not be as effective. My practioner described my gut at the stage of an infant virtually little gut biome after the candida died. Luckily my wife and I eat organic and limited processes foods. Now I have this treasure I can utilize this for my gut healing. We also make our own yogurt just need to modify the procedure.
Thank you again! I really thought you were early 40s not 57 😁 combination of the Banishing Ritual of the Hexagram and biohacking 😉
Thank you so much for this. Synchronistically I needed this information. Adults don’t seem to teach these things to younger generations anymore - and everyone is sick and depressed nowadays ❤
yep. bought some booch right away. thanks for the reminder!
For some people the SSRIs are lowering an inflammatory state of the brain, and what is thought to be a mood disorder may be due to... Essentially painless headaches.
Hmmm, IDK. Serotonin is actually neurotoxic at some point. That's why serotonin syndrome has effects similar to a manic episode. They are both due to degradation and inflammation of the brain.
@OhhhhhhhBugger that's why I said for some people. I meant that, in some cases where the SSRIs seem to "work".
@OhhhhhhhBugger does that make sense? I read it in a book about hair mineral analysis.

Lyam, this was amazing! It’s so true! We need nature in every way.
By the way, been doing that yogurt thing except just with the live and active cultures,
haven’t made my own yet. But definitely going to do that.
Exquisite. Keep up the good work, brother.
What a wonderful presentation you’ve put together.
I’d like to take the opportunity in the light of this video to address biohacking and magick.
I’ve been biohacking for about 13 years now( noopept, cordyceps, methylene blue, alpha gpc,Phenibut ..etc)
I do notice that any increase in GABA (within reason ) does facilitate a higher function of mind, increasing BDNF/NGF also seems to allow us to see in “big picture mode” , i think it’s the next step in evolution to push the mind towards it highest growth capacity, especially since we have the compounds available with a click of a button.
I got my eyes set on oxygen therapy and Cerebrolyicn therapy and planning to implement that in the near future.
What do you think? What does the community think? Do you guys think it’s our duty to evolve to our highest potential by any means necessary?
Cheers and thanks for the video! Keep coming!
I agree 😮 from your experience. Do you know what might help with eczema on chest and weird nails? I probably should cut out sugar, but I’d like your take on it with 13 years experience if you have the knowledge. Thank you ❤
I tend to think in similar ways, but I also turn a suspicious eye toward the need to maximize. What if I were to propose that we maximize our ability to appreciate our apparent weaknesses, imbalances, and illnesses?
I’d be looking into vitamin D and a careful reintroduction to sunlight. Might even do a fancy tanning salon membership (and not for the purpose of tanning). It would include red-light therapy. There’s also silica and vitamin C for hair and nails. Exercise and breathing techniques for immune function. This would, of course, be an ongoing experiment.
@@lyamchristopher2393 thank you ✨
@@lyamchristopher2393 This might be ignorant, but “red light therapy” can it be anything that produces red light? I have this little light that projects circular light and can change colours that I use on the wall. If I face it towards me would that work? Or would it need bigger light exposure
A ozone generator is the same as a ionizer?
This is so much of the content that you hace in medium. I enjoy both the video and the lecture thank you!
Ozone in high amounts is bad for the lungs--so an ozone generator is not good for you. An ion generator is different. It does create a very small amount of ozone, about as much as you might encounter in some forests.
every time i think i’ve found a normal teacher of the occult they gotta pop out w some weird shit like this lmao
It is important to distinguish between bacteria that has become resistant to antibiotics like MRSA and ESBL which you find often in hospitals because the patients there get a lot of different antibiotics oral or intravenous and the process of surface desinfection which does not lead to antibiotic resistant bacteria. Of couse it is very important to desinfekt surfaces in hospitals!
The big problem with resistant bacteria is the fact that doctors prescribe it too often and unnecessary. Another point ist the facory farming of animals which are fed with antibiotics.
The point with gym hygiene is that there are not necessary deadly but strongly unpleasant fungal infections you can get from lying on contaminated surfaces. Antibiotics do not work against fungi. You need to clean the surface with a surface desinfection if you are sharing it with someone.
I realy appreciate your occult and esoteric work and like you videos. But as a medical worker and herbalist and WimHof Method practitioner I do not agree with your views about hygien and desinfection.
It might be worthwhile to catch ourselves in the act of agreeing or disagreeing. The belief behind this seems to say that our agreements and disagreements create our reality.
Whether or not we agree or disagree will not change the nature of bacteria.
The overuse of antibacterial products, including wipes, does contribute to the development of antibiotic-resistant bacteria. Here's why:
* Antibacterial vs. Antibiotic: Antibacterial products kill a broad range of bacteria, while antibiotics target specific types of bacteria. Overuse of antibacterials can create an environment where bacteria that are naturally more resistant survive and multiply.
* Mechanism of Resistance: Bacteria can develop resistance to antibacterials through various mechanisms, such as genetic mutations or by sharing resistance genes with other bacteria (or simply through natural adaptation).
* Cross-Resistance: Some bacteria that are resistant to antibacterials may also be resistant to antibiotics, making infections harder to treat.
It's important to use antibacterial wipes and other products judiciously. In most cases, regular soap and water are sufficient for cleaning and handwashing. Antibacterial products should be reserved for situations where they are truly needed, such as in healthcare settings or when dealing with potentially harmful bacteria.
Here are some boring, orthodox sources that confirm theses conclusions:

Thank you for trying to explain further. I am a clinical microbiologist with 20 years of pracrical experience in the fileld of antibiotics and antimicrobials and I know my business.
With strong dedication to Asklepios and health and wellbeing for all creatures in this world I suggest that it is in the best interessant of us all to wipe gym equipment.

Hi Lyam. First of all, you look great for being 57. People like you are what we need on youtube, your advice is great. Im very welcome to more videos about bodily health from you. I remember you mentioning pine pollen resin in one video you have uploaded, if you ever find the time to make a video about various herbs and such that you've found beneficial, I and I'm sure many others would be very grateful. Interesting how you mention causing damage to the body by doing biohacking incorrectly, I used to take oregano oil which is popular now, and I think it did more damage than good, I learned form tcm that it cools the body and isn't good to take too often. Anyway, thank you so much for this video and have a wonderful day.
Also, how long does the yoghurt last when its ready?
Thanks for sharing that. The “yogurt” will last in the fridge for about two weeks. You can use a tablespoon of it to make the next batch.
Thank you for this valuable information!
I've checked out Amazon and found some yogurt makers for $29-$60, if that helps.
Thanks. That’s probably a better setup. A good investment.
Look into Lactoferrin.
I recommend Nutrition Detective brand Lactoferrin. No, I'm not tied to the company in any way. They just make really good products and their Love Your Liver Livestream is worth listening to. Dr Garret Smith knows what he is talking about
So in summary… touch grass? 😂
What do you think about fluoride? Been avoiding toothpaste and just brushing without it because it contains fluoride, which they say is good for teeth but can apparently calcify the pineal gland. But another worry is that by avoiding, there will be so many tooth issues long term that will be so hard to fix in the modern world where everything aims at dental destruction.
Fluoride in high amounts is a neurotoxin. It reduces IQ. I filter it out of my drinking water. Since I don’t develop cavities, there’s no need for it in my toothpaste either. It does occur naturally, however. You get it in tea.
@lyamchristopher2393 Thank you so much for your response!
is it unhealthy to stay in ketosis all year? what part of the year do you recommend to be on ketosis?
I don’t have a clear answer. I suspect that we might thrive best by staying metabolically flexible. To me, right now, that means having one carby meal per week, which usually involves rice (the least harmful grain). Also, my vegetables includes roots-like beats, carrots, turnips, and so on-to mimic the diet of our distant ancestors. One carbohydrate-heavy meal per week means you have to endure the strong motivation to eat more carbs the next day. Not too hard when you understand how that craving mechanism has evolved. It’s kind of like enduring the whining of a child.
@ I've heard that eating carbs on ketosis will kick you out of ketosis and you'd feel sick?? if I could eat a carb food once per week keto diet wouldn't be so boring anymore lol
@@satoshisaito842 Usually when people claim to be ketogenic, they aren't. Simply going out to eat with them reveals it. One of the symptoms of being in an anxiety-laden sugar-burning mode is boredom--or the desire for carby foods. In ketosis, the "boredom" or the craving for those exciting foods eventually goes away. They don't even look like food anymore!
Once the crazy-rabbit mind has settled down, the healthy, slow-burn, nutrient-dense foods are way more satisfying than rapid-burn carb-rich foods. If you can go all day without eating and feel fine, you know you're in ketosis.
I have found that one carby meal per week doesn't bother my gut at all (as long as it is gluten-free). And the body seems to shrug it off and stay in primarily in its fat-burning preference. Two carby meals, one day after another, can shift the body out of ketosis, it seems. The hunger, low energy, and antsy craving for sugar comes back, and it takes a day or two to settle down again.
@@lyamchristopher2393 oh yeas I've done several sessions of Keto diet ever reading your forbidden realm article (so grateful of that!) the craving does go away after the first weeks or so. but the boredom I mean is the repetitive foods I get to eat every single day , since the prices of meat and high quality fats have sky rocketed I do a "poor man's ketosis" mostly on chicken meat and veggies. it gets quite boringly repetitive and hard to maintain after some time. but next time I'll try the one free meal per week method to see how that goes .
I have another question regarding the yogurt recipe , I just made some yogurt from the way my father taught me, which is heating the milk a little, mix in some spoons of store bought yogurt in the milk and let it stay in a warm place , after under 10 hours it becomes firm and I store the yogurt in the fridge. is it too different from your yogurt bacteria wise? is it even good at all? how about store bought yogurt? do they have bacteria?
Standard yogurt (without added sugar) is, no doubt, good for people who can handle dairy products. The video was not about standard yogurt. It was about lactobacillus reuteri, a highly beneficial kind of bacteria that has been all but wiped out by antibiotics.
Have seen people when making homemade yogurt, close the lid during the heating stage, wrap it in a blanket, and let it sit still for hours-not for 36 hours-without using any other heating source.
This bacteria is different. It requires 36 hours at body temperature.
was just wondering if that method works well for making it.
Thanks!♡
I drop weight really good on a keto/carnivore diet, but i tend to perform better when i have some natural sweets like fruit and honey.
I think instant pots have a yogurt function
You probably already know about this, but Omega 3 oils are very good for joint pain. Krill oil is best because it has a high omega 3 content compared with fish oil
Yes. However, the latest findings show that omega 3s might not be so good in high quantities. Best to get them straight out of fish.
Have you guys seen those people who ferment raw meat and eat it? I'm seen some insane videos online. This dude let a piece of raw beef sit and ferment in a mason jar in his van till the point it completely broke down to the consistency of an snot and he ate it.
Most good meat is aged, and I've had country ham, which is heavily salted and fermented. Not really a fan of it because the tyramine level is high, and I'm prone to migraines.
Hey Lyam this is a great synchronicity for me as I could use some help with this topic. I have “reactive arthritis” also called Reiters syndrome from a previous bacterial infection. Now whenever I drink kombucha or kefir or anything probiotic, I have an inflammatory response in my hips, sacral area, or up my spine. Essentially a lot of soreness in the muscles in those areas. Why is my body overreacting to probiotic drinks? How do I tone down this response? This comment was originally more detailed but I don’t want to come across as needy. Any fresh ideas from anyone are appreciated.
I'm wondering if the inflammation down there is actually the result of bowel inflammation and leaky gut. Do you think that might be possible?
@@lyamchristopher2393I have wondered if it could be leaky gut, but it is only when I have probiotic drinks. Perhaps that is it, I will see if I can find out. Thank you!
@@vision2080 You might look into colostrum. A way of (possibly) restoring gut health without probiotics.

not wiping down gym equipment is gross though. it’s a public surface that can contain the bacteria from several different people. u can get infections super easily from gyms. i understand not wanting to use antibacterial stuff, but that just seems nasty
In a compulsive hunt for offensive ideas to defend against, we easily end up not hearing precisely what is said. This state of perpetual affrontedness demonstrates how we walk around seemingly awake-but actually trapped in a waking nightmare.
@ it’s more like i didn’t realize u denied basic science and i no longer value your opinion as a mentor. i’m not necessarily offended, more so just like surprised just because it seems like a denial of basic science that like, there are bacteria that causes illnesses. there are helpful bacteria also, of course. but science knows the difference. there’s a tone of not trusting science which i don’t personally like, but that’s okay. i just have realized we may part ways now in terms of me respecting your opinions or knowledge on things
@@kylindigo To trust science would be brazenly unscientific.
And also, I would suggest you question two needs: (1) agreeing and (2) disagreeing.
You might want to check out the book I Contain Multitudes, by Ed Yong. Also, read about the difference between germ theory and terrain theory. The infamous Spanish Flu wasn't caused by any pathogen, but by the electrification of the earth taking place at that time. See The Invisible Rainbow for more about that.
Hi Lyam, thanks for your book and for all your videos. They've introduced me to some practices that I plan to keep for long time :). Something I struggle with is mouth health. Toothpaste I think kills bacteria in your mouth, and I think probably affects also your gut bacteria. Do you have some recommendation for this? Or maybe some literature I could check? Thanks again Lyam.
The strain of bacteria introduced in this video shows promise. Vitamin K2 is also helpful-something we get from grass-fed (not grain-fed) animal meat. So far, though, people who develop gum disease must have it monitored and treated every four to six months. Not sure there is a cure yet.
@@lyamchristopher2393 Thanks Lyam
Oh how fun it would be to see you working out. You probably look like a grandma, complaining at every step. Me, I AM THE BACTERIA!
Something funny I've always been that happy go Lucky stoner kid with a big heart. I've always known about this kinda stuff without ever studying.with a disruptive family and unfortunately a pornography habit for many years, and other things..so I never saw the benefits of such good habits.now fortunately I've realized the importance of being a clean person.i look forward to seeing what I've missed out on
There’s evidence that marijuana does INDIRECTLY stimulate the production of oxytocin.
My family is from Germany, and my mother was obsessively clean as a homemaker. Fortunately, I played outside a lot (in the woods) and got exposed to lots of pollen, bacteria, and fungi. To this day, I don’t have any allergies. Just a mild intolerance to coffee and gluten (which probably resulted from the use antibiotics in my 20s and glyphosate contamination of foods later on).
Lyam, could you talk about in a video at some point what it actually means for someone to go through life experiencing same sex attraction in an esoteric sense? Controversial topics, I know your good at portraying and getting to the bottom of 🙏
Sounds like a good idea. Might blast a hold in gender-theory too while we’re at it.
Are there worlds, planets and beings in Atziluth, Yetzirah, Briah? Can they be related to UFOs, extraterrestrials and Ascended masters? Ho can we contact thrm with GD rituals?
If you watch the video about the Four Worlds, you should be able to explore answers to these questions quite easily.
@@lyamchristopher2393I rewatched your video Th Four Worlds but I can’t find satisfactory explanations. Let me rephrase my question:
So now after talking about the Demiurge I need to know what’s your take on Abwoon The Source-God and how to connect to it and if Angels/ET from upper dimensions ( 5D 7D 12D ) are real and are created by Abwoon and if they are related to Briah, Yetzirah and Atziluth and if our Earth and many earthlings are going soon to shift to 5D as someone claims
@@francofiori926 Reality doesn't really owe us an explanations, but explanations do nonetheless arise and speak. And they eventually evaporate as other explanations arise and speak and share their concerns.
That being said, the video, if I recall rightly, presented four "levels of consciousness": (1) the waking, day-world consciousness; (2) the dreamy sleep; (3) dreamless sleep; and (4) turiya (a Sanskrit word meaing "the fourth state"). All four of these are always present when we are walking around in in our supposedly physical bodies.
When we are walking around in the physical world (the world of the qlippoth--the shell world of the Divine dream), we are witnessing a waking dream that is superimposed upon that outer world world of the Divine (the Kabbalistic world of Assiah).
When we are asleep and dreaming at night, we are disengaged from the shell world, experiencing only the personal dream projections (the Kabbalistic world of Yetzirah), most of which have been conditioned by the shell world.
In dreamless sleep, we let go of the conditioning, and we appear to descend into utter darkness and oblivion (the Kabbalistic world of Briah). The darkess is an illusion, however. It simply appears to be dark because there are no longer any objects for "light" to bounce off of.
Once we realize this, then the "light" of the highest Kabbalist world (Aziltuth) becomes apparent.
The other universes, as you seem to be looking for them, all exist (or appear to exist) in Yetzirah and Assiah.
Thoughts on Kombucha?
Well, I don't think alcohol is healthy. However, it might be healthy in very low doses, and kombucha (the low-alcohol kind) probably has an amount of alcohol that stimulates a hormetic response. As in, it is a poison that signals the body to toughen up and be more resilient.
I tend to avoid kombucha because its tyramine content is inconsistent. I'm prone to migraine headaches, and staying away from too much tyramine can keep them from happening. That means I need to keep my exposure to fermented foods of all kinds pretty low. These are my only thoughts.
You think Kombucha is good?
Sure. The carb content is a bit high, and for me, the tyramine content is unpredictable (contributes to migraines if you are prone to them), so I stay away from it.

Can you please make a video on parasites 🥲 pork, and the parasite found in the praying mantis that controls it? Please? 🥲
Hi Lyam, good video as always. I have a question for you.
It seems that your hair is very healthy and abundant. I'm almost 26 and I think my hair is falling out little by little.
What are your thoughts on hair loss? Do you know of anything that works? Is it just a question of genetics?
Just to clarify, I'm not crazy if I go bald, if it happens its okay. But if there is something that can be done maybe I can try it.
I Love what you do for us. Love from Argentina😃
Men who have hair on their chests tend to go partially or mostly bald, some of them at quite a young age. My family tends to have very little chest hair, and we keep the hair on our heads. That being said, getting lots of silica and vitamin C in the diet can keep the hair healthy. Also, you can make a decoction of rosemary and use it as hair/scalp rinse. Tends to keep hair fuller, but I doubt it prevents genetic baldness.
Many women (and men) find bald men quite sexy.
@@lyamchristopher2393 thank you Lyam for giving us confidence by affirming many women like bald men XD

Other than the lack of the right bacteria- Could the lack of oxytocin also be due to us not living in tribes like we used to? We need 12 hugs a day or something like that to thrive. I’m guessing there are few humans getting that many.
Hard to say. I get maybe one hug a week right now. Though I have become a strange creature, to be sure.
The important thing is that we revalue our need for affection and acknowledge that love is not a perfect, abstract thing. It is tragically and beautifully flawed. A broken thing.

57! Really?
I agree about keeping a good relationship with our biomes. BUT We clean the equipment for other people, not ourselves. You can have as much bacteria as you want, doesn't mean you get to force it on other people.
I don't think he was saying don't clean it, he's saying sterilizing chemicals are damaging healthy/normal bacterial biomes - being forced to use such chemicals could be considered an exacerbation of the problem, not a solution.
The irony kicks in
The eagerness to find something offensive will block our ability to hear what’s actually being said.
@lyamchristopher2393 that's one way to dismiss other people. I said I agree with you. Magic doesn't mean we force things on other people to get what we want. I thought you were a more thoughtful person.
