Decided to give it a try , followed recipe to the letter . so far have created a sticky , glutinous , expensive mess .. The amount of tapioca starch suggested is about half what I needed to make a workable dough that doesn't stick to everything in sight . Presently cooking dough as instructed . Fingers crossed the rest of the process follows the video !
You have to knead several times until smooth. Adding more tapoica will give you the wrong texture.
Hello. May I ask how long should I boil the dough? Because when I try it, the inside is still not cooked. For thesis purpose only. Thank you
@@harveeeyyy3343 Sorry ,I don't remember how long I cooked it . Probably as long as the recipe said .
Excellent!!!
🙂🙂🙂🥰🥰🥰
Is it ok to use normal flour?
Nope,it has to be tapioca starch. :)
Nice
Thanks...

Can I use corn flour instead of tapioca starch?
That will affect the texture of the crackers. :)
I wanted to ask that too. If I could use corn or potato starch insted of it, if I coulden't get my hands on tapioca starch?
