I had to google him... I was on a resort town with lots of travelers. 2 drunk Brits yelled, Steva Okay while pointing at me.... everyone stared, soon the Local waiters asked, “Excuse me sir, are you famous?” The 2 British came back and said to me Steva Okay! Steva Okay! then I realize, oh they are saying Steve Aoki. I googled him 2 days ago, after someone commented on my FB post. No i dont look like him. People were drunk and the DJ sucks. So when they saw me, I was hope. People bought me drinks thinking I’m this Guy.
I've never heard of steve before Graham interviews, this is my 3rd video watching the series and i think steve is my kinda favorite human vibe. Bless you brother steve and much love from new Zealand.

I never quite understood his success. His music has a quite repetitive pattern of sounds and the bass is like a club hitting you in the head repeatedly but I guess the main thing about him is his desire to be known, loved and accepted hence it seems like his father rejected him and he doesn't come across as a particular atractive guy so he created this cult around himself out of his desire for appreciation. Fear of abandonment does wonders for someone's desire for success and if your desire and mind-frame is strong enough you will suck everyone into your frame. Looking how much his life is centered around his brand (the Aoki Playroom, the custom drawings in the pool and cusions, etc, etc. . is as though he's shouting out of the top of his lungs: "Look dad, I'm bigger than you!"
only thing I could think about is how he maintains such a large property, no way he fixes up that place on his own

@@biglonie not sure what you mean, Dan is a scam that claims he runs a profitable business and millionair poker player but in reality all his money came from papa and investors that lost. Im not sure Steve was born rich but he actually created his money through his work and is not in a bad situation like Dan is now becuase of it. Help me understand you?
