This is a lovely city. I wish that in a joint effort with the state government, we could maintain this beauty and serenity . Just start with your basic litters such as your sachet water wrap , you're market which must be on the beautiful side walk or on the road divide. Remove those your itchy fingers from stealing or vandalism , and as a road user, please navigate your means of transportation in an acceptable manner . Uyo and the entire Akwa Ibom State COULD REMAIN A SENSATION JUST AS SEEN in this video . IT'S EASIER to destroy than to build . Please spread this word and let the change we all desire become a CONSCIOUS COLLECTIVE EFFORT. God bless you.

I know that with proper governance, it can stand the times.How available are you and I to sustain what has been established ? If each day, we contribute poor mannerisms in tiny bits therefore becoming destructive rather than being constructive. If we should all daily care for this state as much as our bodies (despite the hardship), then all that is and will ever be constructed will remain charming and alive. In my little way, I dispose my trash only at dump sites and dustbins. I’ve even politely cautioned others to do same. 😎If you choose to throw back one fish out of a hundred others who are all stranded on the beach, then, you would have surely made a difference for that one fish alone. Let us be the difference in our neighborhood , schools, work places, worship places, e.t.c. Breaking these bad habits will not be easy but it is all for tomorrow!!. Ibom Plaza isn’t what it was when I was a child and such would be of the rest if we all act dead.

The houses don't fit the roads, some of the houses need to be tore down and redeveloped by developers but I know that is not gonna be an easy thing to do especially if the the owners are not willing to sell.
