Nice explanation mam about how to do mudras with each finger representing the five elements. Yes mam, very true it cannot be done by anyone on the spot and searching for it when needed by referring the book in hand, unless they know which finger represents which element and also in connection with body parts. The mudras for pain during periods, regularising periods and for scanty bleeding will be helpful to many girls. The final tip of getting sleep by putting away the gadgets one hour before is a useful tip along with the mudra you had mentioned. This lifestyle change you had mentioned should reach everyone especially kids who are in fond of gaming etc. Lots of love.....
