My managers AND coworkers would call me on my scheduled days off to fill in, I'd straight up say no, and they'd act like I wasn't a team player. I'm not going to feel threatened for not doing something I wasn't scheduled to do. That never sat well with them... me not caring. On my days scheduled I did everything, cleaned, serviced, and As soon as that clock got punched out, I owed them nothing.

Today the shift manager (his boss) who is apparently supposed to be the biggest meanie in the facility came up to me and was bragging about how I'm the man and what not, and how I would be running the belt one day... I don't think that helped my situation at all, but I'm just gonna keep doing what I'm supposed to do and helping everyone else like I usually do, and hope that one day he realizes that I'm passionate about anything I do, and I live for hard work.
