He said it himself. Everything he said on that album was things he saw as being extremely important. He's not joking around or trolling about anything.
Not in this case. The way he's using it, it's just a quantitative term like 'very' or 'extremely'.

But it's also used for slang, like if something is really good, or smart, you could say "This album is so dope, its fuckin ridiculous."....The same way people slang crazy like "This is crazy good.", or She's a "bad" bitch, but it's a compliment. It's kinda all in the way someone says it too.....Idk how it started, but I'm assuming it's like saying the opposite of what something is, because it's that far from that word, like calling a fat guy "Slim".
