- Hello everyone. Gosh, so this is a pregnancy update that I have been desperate to make and so hopeful for. I still can't believe the outcome of our specialist scan to check for Stickler Syndrome. WHO AM I?
I'm Charlotte.
I'm 28, love carbs, rubbish 90's music, Prosecco and baths without finding a bath toy stuck under my bum.
I have a little boy called Bill (born June 2012) and a little girl called Daisy (born April 2016).
I am, very recently, a full-time vlogger and blogger (the stuff dreams are made of), but I am also a trained journalist, former magazine editor, and content lead.
I'm also part of Channel Mum - which is really worth checking out if you're a mama like me and want to find videos to make you laugh, cry, nod, or get advice. / channelmum
I was a single mum, just me and Bill. But then I had a bit of a fairytale moment when I met Mark (he's a bit lovely) and things are better than I could have hoped for now. Daisy was born with Stickler Syndrome, and a cleft palate like me. Her start has been rocky but she'll be fine. She's got a family who adore her after all.
I know that all mums are different in their own way, but I hope you enjoy seeing snippets of my life, all the same.

20 weeks +1 day today. Scan was yesterday and was confirmed that after 3 girls i have been blessed with a Baby Boy! ❤❤❤💙

I had my scan yesterday, today i am 20 weeks 6 days. I found out that i am having a baby girl! 💗 Me and my partner are so over the moon. Here’s to a healthy pregnancy for all watching 💗
I’m 21 weeks and 4 days today with my first baby boy after 3 beautiful girls and I can’t wait, I’ve prayed for him for 5 years.

I am 18.5 weeks pregnant with baby #3 and stumbled across you on the channel mum pregnancy week by week updates. When a link then popped up suggesting you were also having Bub 3 I got curious and peeked at your page. Your story since then has touched me in ways I cannot explain and made me even more grateful than I believed I was to have been blessed with two healthy babies to date, and hopefully a 3rd to come.
Seeing your strength and courage is inspiring and your children truely must be lucky to have such a role model in their lives.
I was super pleased to see this update, although I did shed a tear or two watching it.
Best of luck for the most amazing next 20 weeks and what will hopefully be a healing birth and homecoming.

Your feelings have made me completely tear up! I feel exactly the same way as you right now... with diabetes type 2 that was uncontrolled when I got pregnant. Your pregnancy videos have been kind of a guide for me. I will have my 20 weeks scan this week and although I have no reason to think there’s a problem I’m still nervous about it. I can’t imagine how you felt and I’m really glad to hear that your baby boy is healthy 🙂

Just subscribed to your channel this week. I am ill in bed at 9 weeks pregnant with baby number 3 and have been binge watching your videos the past few days. So pleased for you that you got a good diagnosis! Of course you want a healthy baby etc, that's completely normal so its completely understandable that you are emotional about it when its been such a hard journey with Daisy. Honestly, i was so close to happy tears for you hun! Been watching your blog since i found you and you've provided so much support and confidence.
Had our 20 week today, baby didnt play ball and we dont have all pictures or gender from ultrasound earlier but scan next tuesday with consultant and hopefully find out babys gender and get pictures of spine and heart xxx

Thank you so much Tina! That is really kind of you. I was very lucky that Stanley was born healthy. I wouldn't have loved him any less at all, but I felt blessed to be able to bring him home straight away, as leaving Daisy in hospital was honestly the worst time of my life. xx

Awh charlotte i am soo happy for you! I have been following your videos with my own baby and am 19 weeks heading to 20 and i am soo happy for you 😊 we found out we are having a girl ! It's our first baby so fingers crossed
Feeling every word your saying because my first son has a smaller cerrebelum and now i.m also 20 weeks pregnant and at every scan i.m so nervous asking about his cerrebelum. I.m so feeling what you.re saying that everyone expects a healthy baby, but I just dont. I have never experienced raising a healthy child and i.m too afraid to hope that this time around i will have this amazing experience. Every scan is full of emotions and when my doctor says everything looks good so far i just feel this bliss and overjoy. Its oh so very hard to be afraid for your baby.s health when he.s not even born yet. I.m so happy for your good news and hope I too shall be so lucky with my second baby. Ps. I.ve watched all your informative videos about pregnancy, week by week till now, on Channelmom, and i was surprised to see we have similar due date :) Wish you all the best!
