My daughter had 3 large 4mm cysts. We went to high risk doctor visits and 3D scans. Only at 37weeks did the cyst start to get smaller. She is now 11 and very smart.
Our little guy had choroid plexus cysts at our 20 week ultrasound (I was a wreck too) and by the next ultrasound they had healed themselves and went away on their own. Just had our sweet, healthy boy at the end of March! 💙

Hello,I have been going for scan every month but the last scan the doctor told me dat my child got choloid prelux cyst n am 23weeks,hope everything goes well on my next appointment
I was negative for trisomy 18 with my NIPT test. Then today they told me my baby had this at 18wks. idk why they would tell anyone about this until you’re upwards of 32 weeks when it may disappear esp when there’s nothing they can do about it anyway. My doctor was a butthole to me about this and didn’t make me feel good about any of it.
My doctor also said it's a normal isolated variance yet suggested a follow-up ultrasound. Mind you, another ultrasound will not help the situation. This is a soft marker that tend to go away by 6 months unless other tests are positive. Too many ultrasounds can be harmful for the baby. I think it's for the money.
Just Got My wife's Test Done . 17.5 Weeks in. anomally USG Level 2. They Found CP cyst on both lateral ventricles and choroid Plexis. Stating the size 6.8mm Gave Blood Samples for Quadruple marker. Result will be in in5 days from now. No Other Deformity is Mentioned in the Anomally Report. Do I Need to Worry about anything. And What are the Frequency of these type of Cases. Please Suggest We are terrified about the Situation.
Quick Update. if anyone's experiencing the same situation. Everything is fine on the Followup Scan. Mashallah, Alhamdulillah. Cysts Completely Disappeared in the 24th Week scan.
@@user-xx3ly8hh8q Just Get a follow up scan at 24 months and you should be fine. and if there are no other deformity shown other than just this one. Then there's nothing to worry about. the cysts will disappear in 24 months scan. Enjoy the pregnancy Don't worry about anything. Other than that have quadruple marker test also. that will help you get relax that everything is fine and you can wait patiently until 24 months test. that's it helped me.

I was just told yesterday at 21w my baby has very similar cysts on his brain and I also have a place in my uterus that they think may have caused some birth restrictions. My doctor hardly explained anything. I was so overwhelmed. He didn't say they could go away or that his growth restriction could catch up by full term. First time mom. Scared to death.
I wish I had a Dr as good as yours: I’m 36 weeks and cyst remains, I had a MRI on baby’s brain which confirmed finding but stated looked normal During my Dr review I asked about trisomy & other markers, I was just told they never looked at these as brain was the focus of scan Like, really, what was the point! I felt rushed and like nothing has been explained throughly. I got the impression they don’t want to worry me but ignorance is not bliss I’m left in limbo and I just want to try and enjoy the remainder of my pregnancy which has been worrisome since identification of cysts at 28 weeks 😭

I needed to hear this. Just got told the same thing but no other markers. Praying it dissolves and baby is okay.

Did you make NIPT before or after this marker?
NIPT should be done sooner 10+ weeks. Will also tell you the gender
