Ruku there is no motor vehicle tax in US. I live in the US. I have had 3 trucks in 10 years. The only tax you pay is atthe purchase which is sales tax and that varies depending on the state.. The only thing we do yearly is registration which is less than what is proposed

If you require the employee to account (with receipts and invoices) for the amount given, then no tax will be applicable as long as the expenses are reasonable business expenses. On the other hand if you do not require for any accounting, then the first KShs 2,000 will be tax exempt and thereafter subject the balance of the amount to 30% on the employee
