President Ruto has been nicknamed Zakayo because of his excessive zeal in collecting taxes and he has publicly and joyfully embraced the nickname. Another nickname doing rounds for him is Vasco Danganya because of the wide gap between what he promises and what he delivers. Just keep off topics over which you lack mastery.
