well a gd project but i think watering on board where connectivity is measured as moisture is a thing which gives fake reading.

Take humidity censor, what is in soil in video, connect VCC leg to VCC pin in card.
Connect signal cable to an analog pin in card.
Connect Ground cable to gnd pin in card.
Take water pump, do same things.
İf your pump hasnt signal cable, thats dont matter.
Connect Panel, i dont know panel but there have a library for easy coding. Search it. Code your panel informations.
I dont know remoting it. But you can make it automatic. Just code a IF block and make the pump work when humidity goes under what you want.
