I'm tired of living in the middle of nowhere in the suburbs. I'm far North of Dallas and so many people re moving here. Eventually, you will get frustrated by it. The traffic is much worse near the country suburb. Everything always feels so far away, and Texas is very widespread.
Yeah here in Atl the outside areas are getting a lot of traffic too but luckily my area don’t get that much traffic unless it’s school time and I’m still only like 15-20min from the city
TH-cam will never be my main focus either. It's a side hobby for me. I'm still working on my career in animation and film. I'm searching for my next job now. I spent the last year focusing on my health. I lost 23 lbs in 3 to 4 months. I made a video about that on my game channel.

Most likely someone that lives in his building told me that the higher floors in the building pay more and the dude had a 1 bedroom in the 6th floor paying 6k a month and rah was in the 23 with like 3 rooms
He could probably afford it but at some point u just get bored of the same shi😂 he human just like the rest of us, he lived the pent house life now he wanna live the house w a garage life. I like penthouses but I hate apartments n being around all them random people everyday. Also paying 10k-20k a month to apartment u don’t own is practically throwing money down the drain
