The orca and colours are great. I know I'm probably in the minority, but those colours represent the PNW landscape of Vancouver so well and the stylized orca looks awesome. Hope they never ditch the look
I think it would be cool if they only wore the white away jerseys when there's a colour-clash. Like in soccer, wear the primary team colours unless they clash when you're on the road. Ex. blue home jerseys when in Calgary, but white away jerseys when in Toronto
I never thought I would want the Westcoast Express era look to come back, but I think if you tweak that with more silver and some different red or blue it could be pretty ok
I really like the idea of garland and Joshua playing up with Petersson. Bleuger is playing great with Sherwood and Heinen. Put Hoglander on the 4th to add some more offence to the bottom 6.
I love the Orca but it’s tired. It also used to represent the ownership company which sucks. The Canucks will always be Blue and Green but I think I may be finally ready to go back to the skate.
Blue and green should use the original stick in rink, can’t have the skate without black red and yellow too iconic to mess with it. If people need the orca it’s a shoulder patch or helmet decal.
I like that the black skate is a rare sight, it makes it more special. The Orca is the Canucks. If you make the skate the regular jersey, after a couple of years people will be nostalgic for the Orca again. So many fans have the Orca jersey, it would be a pain to have to go out and buy a black jersey. I actually miss the "Vancouver" lettering above the Orca.

Vancouver has done multiple complete overhaul changes of the logo and colours so many times we’re like the Utah Jazz of the NHL.
