Hi there, I am brand new to embroidery and I am struggling with logo placement on the left chest( I have a Echinda Station) and also knowing if the tension in my hoop is correct.
For placement, there are rulers and guides for recommended placements. That's a good starting placement but for myself, I always try it on to make sure it's where I want it. For tension, make sure the front fabric is neutral, smooth, and wrinkle-free. The inner hoop should go in with a fair amount of tension but you shouldn't have to bounce on it. Placement and tension come with practice.

How do you clean this hooping station? Mine seems like it does not have the same grip it had when it was new.
I just use a damp wash cloth. Mostly it seems dust sticks to it. It's still the same grip. You might try contacting echidnasewing.com
