One does not simply make each and every build unique and fascinating. Yet you do! Great job on the house, I think you nailed the vibe perfectly. And what a nice touch with the stretchskeleton cheat, amazing as always 😉👍
Wow! This is so aesthetically pleasing. I love it! My favorite thing about that universe was the architecture and the hobbit homes especially. Great job Ani, Happy Halloween! 🍂🧡
Wow, it really was therapeutic to watch this amazing speed build, such cozy atmosphere and attention to detail! Not to mention the idea, I mean how do you come up with such great stuff to build or to include in your gameplay (like schools, day care centers, churches etc.) Really impressed! Also, I was not ready for the live footage of the hobbit in his natural habitat. Sooo adorable 😻😻😻😻
I once built a grassy underground house before, but at the time, I literally created an underground house. The "underground house" was just a foundation with everything carved out, but unlike yours, I didn't build anything on top. It was just flat on top, and I added different plants with moveObjects on/off. I tried to disguise the edges with lots of flora. I usually build everything CC-free regardless of the game (be that Sims 2, Sims 3 or Sims 4). I have to admit, The Sims 2 color swatches are better than The Sims 4's. In the Sims 2 and the Sims 3, the bedding and bed frame textures can be redesigned separately, but in the Sims 4, they are redesigned together as one piece. The way the Sims 4 does it is annoying at best, because sometimes I like the bedding but not the bed frame color. The Sims 2 also has light wood, medium wood, and dark wood textures throughout the game, while the Sims 4 wood textures may be completely random. The Sims 3 has the worst Maxis preset colors, but thanks to Create-A-Style, you can always add more and save new presets. The default presets in the Sims 3 were probably created in the developmental period, hence the weird and odd color choices. The Sims 4 doesn't have a color wheel, but it still should have adopted the Sims 2 model of redesigning things. I also like how remodeling a house is tied into gameplay in the Sims 2. Basically, if you want to change the look of a house, then you can just add an attractive wall pattern to the house, and that will be the new focus of the room. Adding a new wall pattern also costs Simoleons, and that is kind of realistic because it should cost money to renovate something.
Sounds like a cool house! Things like that seems to be a lot easier in TS4 from what I have seen, with how basements work in that game. It's a fun challenge in TS2 though :) Oh yeah, I love how the color swatches work in TS2 - especially once enhanced with CEP. It enables so many options, it's awesome. I also think TS4 would have benefitted from a similar system as TS2 for recoloring, it's pretty odd to me that they bypassed that, reverting so much back to TS1 in some ways like that. Yeah I agree, it's pretty cool how that works: the sims living in the house are paying for the paint/wallpaper, just like in real life :)
@@AniBats No, I didn’t mean to say that I built an underground house in the Sims 4. I built an underground house in the Sims 2 before, similar to yours, but it was actually a basement without a top room. It was a walk out basement in the Sims 2, but I designed it in a way so it looked like an underground house. Also, the Sims 2 style basements are carried over to Sims 3, and Sims 3 is the only game with 2 styles of basements. Then the basement tool was transferred over to the Sims 3, but the old style was not. Suffice it to say, I like Sims 3 best when it comes to building. Sims 4 build mode is hard to use for me.
Ah I see, sorry I misunderstood that. Still sounds like a cool house though, even more so to me since I'm so biased and love everything TS2 haha :D Ah I see, I hadn't realized that. I haven't built much at all in TS3 actually, so that comes as a surprise. That's interesting! I absolutely agree that TS4 is hard to use for me too. I can't get around thinking in terms of rooms rather than the entire house all at once. Back when I attempted to play it, I remember getting frustrated with fences, wall coloring and such because it all had to be one room, if that makes sense. I bet it's easy when you get used to it, but I think it's very different from the previous games which messes things up in my head :P
Thank you 🥰 Hmm actually in this build, I'm pretty sure that I only used "move objects on", "quartertile placement", and "snapobjectstogrid false". But otherwise I'm a big user of the "constrainfloorelevation" cheat as well.

Aw thank you so much 🥰 That's incredibly sweet. Haha, yeah the stretchskeleton cheat is great for taking the hobbits to the sims.😄
This is so cool! 😍
Thank you 🥰

Great job Ani, Happy Halloween! 🍂🧡
Thank you, Maks
Great Job Ani! I saw that you have deleted the road: is that not create bugs or corruption in your game ?!
Thank you, Priscilla

Oh thank you, Olja!
A wonderful building, so cute and cozy. It is amazing how everything is thought out! You are such creative person :) Happy Halloween!
Aw thank you, Marie 🥰 You're so kind ❤ Happy Halloween 🎃

OMG it looks amazing. I'm sorry but i'm curious of what cheats do u use?

Ohh I love it! *takes notes* My Celtic-inspired hood could use some grassy-roofed houses.
I'm glad you like it 🥰 Oh wow a Celtic-inspired hood? That sounds awesome ❤
@@AniBats If only we had easier ways to build roundhouses haha!
Haha yeah indeed! 😂
Now the same without custom content dear < 3
No :)
This is just absolutely beautiful. Amazing job!!
Thank you, Erika
Wow! This is amazing!
Thank you, Christin
Lovely atmosphere and such a cozy build. 😍 The footage at the end of the actual hobbit was really cool!
Thank you 🥰
Looks like a real hobbit house. Lovely and Ani, loved the music at the end.
Thank you, Marijke
