Hamilton is right. if you exercise regularly then an occasional not so healthy thing like a piece of pizza is no big deal. in the 70's during Arnold Schwarzenegger's body building heyday they ate pizza and drank beer. they worked out constantly of course and burned it off. only when getting close to a competition did Arnie cut all fat and carbs from his diet to get lean.
