I saw him and Gabby enjoying dinner one night in Paia town, and this after I was addicted to beach volleyball. I wish and still wish I would have said hello and asked her to come down to Kanaha and play Vball with me and the crew. Would have loved to play with Gabby and get my butt kicked! Circa 2007 or 08.
Laird was married and had a baby at the time Gabby interviewed him. *8 days later he left his wife & baby. Then down the road Laird was being interviewed by a woman & had an affair with that woman while married to Gabby. yep they left this part out.
I think youre wrong and have many details missing. Laird and his first wife were on the outs, he was sleeping in the barn he said. He met Gabby and at the divorce got full custody of his first daughter. Idk about the affair and have never heard that story in the 100s of interviews.
