Nigel Planer is an underrated comedy actor in my opinion. He must have had such fun doing the creepy cinema manager! For further episodes, I would recommend The Broken Down Cottage, The Gas Man Cometh, It's Only A Game, Sport! and The Chipper Chums Go Scrumping.
I think The Chipper Chums is perhaps their best, most grizzly episode. And I love how it's also a parody of Famous Five, even though I've never read those books.
I used to watch this series daily as a kid. The episode that traumatised me the most was where a boy was acting like a baby out of jealousy of his infant sister but then got turned into a baby himself, but with red eyes and then got snatched away by the wolves. The part with the eyes really scared me. I was probably 6 or 7 when I first saw the episode back then.
This show was great light kids horror, its shame they don't really make stuff like it anymore or at least to this level of quality anyways. A stand out episode for me, although I cannot remember the name was about a burger company CEO tearing down a forest and then Trees start appearing all the burgers in his resturants I believe....Its been a whle since I seen it but I always rememeber that one for some reason. I think its the image of the tree in the burger.

This would make for a great halloween series. I used to watch it a lot as a kid, I'm not sure if I found it fun exactly, but it was definitely interesting. Two episodes that stood out in my memory were 'The Spaghetti Man' and 'Superstitious Nonsense'.

These I think are the most grizzly of Grizzly Tales, in descending order. Nuclear Wart, The Chipper Chums go scrumping, The Spaghetti Man, The Dumb Klutzes, Litter Bug, The Butcher Boy, The piranha sisters, The bugaboo bear, The Grub A Blub Blub, Jack in a box, (especially if you use the video of Ramie Rix himself reading it out) Puppet on a String, Sweets (the first episode of this show I saw) Eboy, Mr Peeler's butterflies. The order on this list is based on the number of people victimised, how bad their fate was and how well the story delivered it. Bear in mind I have not seen all episodes and these are only my opinion. But I do believe these, more then most, are the episodes that will make you sit up and say "The British are f***ed up!"

Kiss and make up freaked me out as a child the one about the little girl desperate for a boy to kiss her and ends up with her face being taken. And it must of had an effect cos as an adult my identity as in face , way of speach , how i act ect being taken is ligit scary to me and mermaids i know its stupid but im terrified of mermaids
You should consider watching the ghost hunter a classic children's show, it would work well for this month. And all the episodes are on TH-cam so i would believe you could upload your reactions to TH-cam.

My favourite part of watching this as a kid was trying to guess what bugs were going to be in the popcorn box each episode

Grandmother’s footsteps is probably my recommendation for a standout episode but there’s at least 10 that are very unique.
Used to watch this alongside House of Anubis as a kid were some good shows for before and after school back in like 2011-2012
