    The KLX300 dual sport “excellent at nothing, but good at everything”. It’s definitely a great bike to own.

    I agree! I have the KLX 250 and I just love mine as well. Yes you have a bigger engine, but I love riding this bike pretty much anywhere! I prefer dirt road and better yet off road! It is a great do anything dirt bike!👍

      I actually sold my 2018 KTM 350 excf very capable and fast bike just didnt enjoy trail riding on it. I just bought a 2021 klx 300 quit a bit less power but just as capable and more comfortable great bike.

      I had an 06 klx250s and it was the slowest, most boring bike I've ever ridden. Your bike isn't good and don't bother comparing it to the 300 which is way better.

    • @idahoadventuresuncut
      @idahoadventuresuncut  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I’m 6’3” 225 and manage the bike well. I went with a heavy duty racetec rear spring. Made a huge difference by stuffing the bike up. Also a 30mm bar riser. Between those two things the bike has become very comfortable.

    The ONLY thing the bike lacks is RANGE... It NEEDS a larger fuel tank say 5 Gallons ...... The After market I found is barely an improvement over the stock tank and cost big bucks.... Simply not worth it ..... IF I was trailering to a site I would change the gearing for trail use... Great Bike.... Owned a KLR 650 and couldn't kill it...

    • @idahoadventuresuncut
      @idahoadventuresuncut  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The range is definitely a limiter and forces you to plan accordingly. The CRF rally comes with 3.2 gallon and I’d like to have seen that on the klx

    • @idahoadventuresuncut

    • @pinkiewerewolf
      @pinkiewerewolf 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@LA_Commander there is one, it is only .7 of a gallon more fuel. Best bet is to carry extra in MSR bottles and/or a Giant Loop bladder.

    • @LA_Commander
