Anyway, I’m sure a lot has said it but I’m really happy Bungie managed to end the story on a good note with a great expansion. You know damn well Bungie saw the 12 man raid glitch and had to make it legit or else Excision probably would have been 6 man or something
It isn’t Hunter specific dialogue. It can be heard on all classes.
Its not class specific, its just random
Chibi rarely takes the story serious but even than he still got emotional

They have different lines that can randomly pop up. My favorite line from Savathûn is "Time to face the monster you've created! Sathona comes for you, Witness!"

…. I haven’t heard that line yet…. I can definitely see a redemption story for Sathona in the future. Maybe in Hersey or later down the line…. But I definitely want to see that.
I feel like Cayde’s line about Saint is so good that there shouldn’t be any other one that plays on your first playthrough because it really makes you realize ‘oh yeah, Cayde has no idea what’s happened in the past 5-6 years’
This is the only game other than Cyberpunk that legitimately made me cry at the end. It was exactly the kind of finale I dreamt it would be, from Zavala's motivational speech, to Saint-14 providing a constant bubble, Savathun reluctantly showing up to lend a hand, 12 player, just- EVERYTHING was perfect, and Cayde's sacrifice at the end was just a heart wrenching surprise.

When cayde revived our ghosts I was hoping he would of been the voice of our ghost and been like "wait a minute...I wanted to bring ghost back not become a ghost...oh well least I'm not stuck in the tower anymore"

I missed having Cayde around. I was so stoked to hear he was coming back. I am devastated that he is dead again. At least this time he was able to give a proper send off though. He nominated a new Hunter Vanguard and was able to leave a message to give some closure. I will forever miss Cayde-6. The thing I find weird though is I didn't cry. I am sad, choked up even, but not crying. May the Cayde-unit rest in peace with Sundance in the light of the Traveler.

The facial emotion your Guardian makes in the cutscene of Ghost dying is great. I usually run helmet off anyway.
There’s apparently a scrapped ending where the guardian uses prismatic to bring back ghost, but caydes sacrifice was definitely more impactful imo

Clam ghost returning to life thanks to Cayde caused all computers to have a deflated sigh of knowing they'll be sucked for data.
I love that the way we answer the question of how are we gonna defeat the witness, and our answer is just “genocide” 😂
I would LOVE it if, one day, we get an ornament (probably for Class Item) that is knitted by Cital. With the frays and stray threads that come with a first attempt.
Wow it’s so cool it’s differnt dialog each time. I watched it so many times with so many different players…and it’s so cool every time!. I recorded it myself and I’m so glad I did…to see me and my bestie sit side by side…just wow…

I like how the implication is that Caiatl is learning how to knit because Zavala's wife Safiyah's hobby was knitting, as indicated by Zavala offering her knitting needles during his rite of severing communion when Eris helped dispel their Nightmares on the Leviathan.

When ghost died I cried, when cayde gave his light to bring ghost back I cried even harder. Saddest cutscene in destiny history.

Aldrin had made a wish to save a dying fallen, that fallen was Fikrul. Now Crow wants to end Fikrul.
(The wish had also made Fukrul emortal, and that's why you were able to replay the hollowed lair strike over and over agin.)
Kinda sucks to bring him back only for to give up again and die for real aka giving up his light lol will miss his sarcastic statements but the lore states we guardians die eventually from what I understand
I didn't cry never did
It was ok. Felt a bit too easy story wise. Was hoping for us to take heavy losses, like deaths of multiple prominent characters (like Mara, or Eris, or Caiatl, or Savala, or Osiris, etc.) and our forces just getting decimated just to finish the Witness.
Instead we kind of just overwhelm it and it’s forces, kill it, lose ghost for like a moment that obviously wasn’t going to stick (because literally how is our Ghost going to stay dead and we stop being a Guardian), and Cayde dies again though nicely in a sacrificial kind of way. This probably would’ve been avoided and what I said could’ve happened if Bungie had just kept Lightfall and Final Shape as one Expansion instead of being greedy assholes and broke it up to milk more money.
It just felt super safe even if it was a climactic climax for a 10 year story.
