Of course no English subtitle, because that local language from many region in Indonesia, for Indonesian we can't understand all of them too, we use bahasa Indonesia as national language. Actually that medley folks song or traditional song from some region in Indonesia, like Bali, Java, Papua, Borneo and many more. Not just different language, in that video show different culture too. Then when music upbeat and rock the backsound was real speech from our first president when declare independence in 1945, after that Indonesia patriotic song when many of them crying, yeah crying because that song feel sad and we were patriotic people, we know the struggle in the past. That dragon actually mythologic creature from Javanese and balinese culture. This MV made for celebrate Indonesia independence day at 17 August.

Hi Mr. D, thanks for reacting.
Really enjoyed watching your reaction. Sending you big hugs from the island of Lombok, in the eastern part of Indonesia.
In case you'd like to understand what this video about, here are some details:
    MOST PEOPLE WERE ASKING:
ARE THOSE FLOATING ISLANDS REALLY EXIST?
Of course no. What this video trying to tell is that we have plenty of unique historical sites spread over many different islands from west to the eastern part of the country.
Of course they're not floating in real except Pura Ulun Danu, Bali which situated on the lake.
Those floating buildings are; Rumah Gadang (Sumatera), Rumah Tongkonan (Tana Toraja), Borobudur Buddhist temple (Magelang), and Pura Ulun Danu (Bali). If I'm not mistaken, the Goddess statue where the singer starts her singing is at Royal Pitamaha, Ubud, Bali.
Again, All of the buildings and nature sceneries are real but yes, CGI effects applied to make it looks more cinematic.
WHAT ARE THOSE HEADPIECES SHE WORE?
Those headpieces (crowns) she wore called TIARA for females or MAHKOTA for males. In the past you must wear those kind of headpieces to identify yourself as a royal family member. Both Tiara and Mahkota are normally made of gold or silver with diamond installed in the middle of it. Every diamond placed in a Tiara or Mahkota can't be just a diamond. It has to be one with magical power.
Headpiece is one the most important outfits for almost every ethnic group in Indonesia. Even more important than shirts. In my original tribe and many others, we don't wear shirt for males, We usually wear 3 pieces of sarong (a loose cloth) to cover our waist up to the knee (No shirts on) and of course a headpiece. In my own tradition (Sasak in Lombok) headpiece isn't just an accessory. It is actually more as a symbol that you appreciate your head as the most important part of your body and to prove that you are responsible to protect it even from the heat.
Headpiece is the very first thing you wear when you're born. Your parent will have it made for you a month before you even born.
Nowadays, anyone can wear those kind of royal headpieces during their wedding ceremony and many other special occasions.
Traditional costumes worn in the video:
    1. From the ethnic group (Tribe) of Dayak in Kalimantan called Ta'a (for females) Sapei Sapaq (for males). Their headpieces are made of Hornbill feathers. This is just one of the many traditional costumes belong to the Dayak tribe.
    2. I think is from the Kohongian tribe in Sulawesi Utara. This just one of the many of them in Sulawesi Utara.
    3. Based on the headpiece she wore, I think it is from the Asmat tribe called Sali made of bark and decorated with cassowary and bird of paradise feathers. Again, there are so many other traditional costumes in Papua.
    4. Kebaya Labuh from the province of Riau.
    5. Limpapeh Rumah Nan Gadang from the province of West Sumatera.
    6. Payas Agung, Bali.
    7. Kebaya Brokat from West Java.
    8. Bula Molik (Crescent) made of silver and Gold, NTT.
    WHAT ARE THEY SINGING?
(Please refer to the traditional outfits as well because the songs and outfits represent the region where they originated)
This video showcases 9 traditional folk songs from 9 ethnic groups out of 879 ethnic group with 1430 tribes existed in Indonesia. The main song is Bagimu Negeri - One of our national songs.
NOTE: As an Indonesian, there is no way you not gonna cry when singing or listening to that song. It is our oaths to the mother land. Our promises to the nation. And as the answer to the prayers of our parent which Alffy described perfectly through that young mother singing lullaby to her newly born son. A lullaby can't only be just a nice song to bring you to sleep, it consists a prayer, wishes and hopes of our parent to see us grow as someone useful to the nation. Nothing can make them happier than that.
By the way, here's the list of the folk songs featured:
    1. Paris Barantai from Kalimantan Selatan
    2. Si Patokaan from Sulawesi Utara
    3. Sajojo from Papua
    4. Soleram from Riau
    5. Janger from Bali
    6. Manuk Dadali from Jawa Barat
    7. Anak Kambing Saya from Nusa Tenggara Timur
    8. Kampuang Nan Jauh di Mato from Sumatera Barat
    9. Tak Lelo Lelo Ledung from Jawa Tengah
National song featured is Bagimu Negeri.
WHAT IS THAT TRADITIONAL MUSICAL INSTRUMENT HE'S PLAYING?
That musical instrument is a traditional Dayak instrument called Sape. You must check out UYAU MORI playing Sape SOLO which will bring you into the world of true relaxations.
WHO DID THE SPEECH AND WHAT IS IT ABOUT?
It was the original proclamation speech done by our first president Soekarno.
WHAT IS THE SYMBOL THAT AWAKEN THE DRAGON?
It is called Surya Majapahit or known as Dewata Nawa Sanga - The 9 Gods that protect the universe from 9 different dimension compass wise.
    WHAT ARE THOSE CREATURES?
The creatures you see at the end of the video are GARUDA and a Dragon known as ANTABOGA from the mythology of the ancient Majapahit kingdom . Antaboga is believed to be the guardian of the underearth dimension. That's why you will find it featured in many of our traditional carvings, crafts, and even in our architectural designs. Meanwhile, Garuda is the main symbol of our country (You can't really showcase it for commercial purposes because It's protected by law). Garuda itself is a huge gigantic bird that can only be found in Indonesia. And is believed by the Hindu as the main vehicle of God Vishnu.
    WHERE THEY SHOT THE VIDEO?
    1. GWK - Garuda Wishnu Kencana in Bali which known as one of the biggest statues in the world.
    2. Royal Pita Maha, Ubud
    3. Taman Nusa, Bali
    4. Ubud Valley
    5. Balerung, Ubud.
    NOTE:
    - There are thousands of 'mysteries' yet to be unfold in Indonesia (Nusantara).
    - Alffy Rev is a musical genius. A multi-instrumentalist. He's a producer, director, and an editor. Please check out his other songs; Mother Earth, Beautiful We Are and Beauty Of Bali.
    - Novia Bachmid is a finalist of Indonesian Idol 2020. Please check out her cover of Faozia's Mountain LIVE at the Room Mate Project. You'll love her.
By the way, thank you for the awesome reaction. It means a lot for all of us in Indonesia.

All the places and statues in this video are real. Yes, some parts are edited by CGI for making it more cinematic. The hills of limestone and rock is located at Garuda Wisnu Kencana Cultural Park(, in Bali. And the statue depictsthe Hindu God Vishnu riding aloft on his winged mount Garuda.
Houses in the beginning are raditional houses from some regions in Indonesia. The lady, namely Novia, sang medley of some folk songs from different region.
FYI, Indonesia is the world's largest island country with over 1 300 ethnic groups. Each tribe has own culture, traditional houses, language, dance, dress and music instrument

Indonesian worn it at official ceremonies of our traditional culture.
For example at weddings, coronation of tribal chiefs or local kings, National independence day ceremonies, etc.
And if you are a descended from a noble family in Indonesia tribes, then the headdress and all the accessories worn are inherited from their ancestors made of real gold and gems.

This is an explanation from lombokfriendly
Yes, you finally did it. Thank you
    Most people were asking:
What are those headpieces she wore?
Those headpieces (crowns) she wore called Tiara for females or Mahkota for males. In the past you must wear those kind of headpieces to identify yourself as a royal family member and normally made of gold and silver with diamond installed in the middle of it. Every diamond placed in a Tiara or Mahkota can't be just a normal diamond. It has to be something with a magical power.
Meanwhile, headpieces for the usual people are made of clothes.
It is actually more as a symbol that you appreciate your head and to prove that you are responsible to protect it even from the heat.
Headpiece is the very first thing you wear when you're born. Your parent will have it made for you a month before you even born.
Nowadays, everyone can wear any kind of royal headpieces during their wedding ceremony and many other special occasions.
    What are they singing?
This video showcases 9 traditional folk songs from 9 ethnic groups out of 879 ethnic group existed in Indonesia. The main song is Padamu Negeri - One of our national anthems. As an Indonesian, there is no way you not gonna cry when singing or listening to that song.
    Are those places real?
The buildings and nature scenery were all real but yes, CGI effects applied to make the video looks more cinematic.
Those floating buildings are; Rumah Gadang (Sumatera), Rumah Toraja (Toraja), Borobudur Buddhist temple (Jogjakarta), and Pura Ulun Danu (Bali). If I'm not mistaken, the Goddess statue where the singer starts her singing is at Royal Pitamaha, Ubud, Bali. Of course they're not floating in real except Pura Ulun Danu which situated on the lake.
    Where they shot this video?
    1. GWK - Garuda Wishnu Kencana in Bali which known as one of the biggest statues in the world.
    2. Royal Pita Maha, Ubud
    3. Taman Nusa, Bali
    4. Ubud Valley
    5. Baleurang, Ubud.
Note: Trust me, there are thousands of 'mysteries' yet to be unfold in Indonesia (Nusantara) and I guess, historian refused to dig deeper into it because they wanted us the be classified as a third class country. 'A 3rd class country that shared a lot of things in common including traditional language with many of the far far away lands like Hawaii, Fiji, Kiwi, and even Madagascar.
By the way, thank you for the awesome reaction. It means a lot for all of us in Indonesia.

    Yes the goddess is Novia.
And sajojo (sa muna Mina Keke ) is came from Papua.
But dun expect to subtitle tho, cuz even Indonesia people themself dun understand what it means except Papua people. You have to ask Papua people, but dun worreh even Papua people understand bahasa Indonesia, you dun have to learn Papua language to ask Papua people.
that is "Bhineka Tunggal Ika" means even diversity we are one.
Every Indonesian in every tribe, culture, religion, even they used different language in different location, they can speak bahasa Indonesia. Cuz as Indonesia citizen it ia must.
