When I did the math a while back you can make 12 LRPCs for the cost of a single Rapid fire. So you either get 12 basilisks or 1 calamity. I like having an LRPC around the 10 minute mark alongside a fusion reactor and some energy storage. Hold fire until you've got eyes on the enemy, so you're not shooting at pawns or something, and charge up your shots. It's a great start for T2 and rarely does anyone see that coming so early.
Another classic match where you couldn't predict the ending. What a swing! Also shows the difference between pros and myself. I would have collapsed with several LRPC's firing into my base.
@@BrightWorksTV does that mean you can stealthy reclaim that battlefield? Imagine all the metal disappearing in front of you before you realize there is a invisible graverobber aka spybot xD And another idea if you can reclaim with spybots can you also reclaim enemy buildings with it?
@@hamuArt they can, but have to sacrifice themselves. Imagine they could steal metal from the enemy base with consuming the buildings there. Would be a good thing if you don't have a nuke ready :p
WHAT?! Blue team, wtf?! Got hit in the nuts a couple of times, and that's all they had. Sheesh. Lol. For real, though, they were doing well, had my money on them for most of the match.
2:56 might be a case where they playing whit tweaked unit wich makes comander too fat to transport on t1 transport (a lot of pro lobbies use that tweak i have noticed)
@@andrewgreeb916 The issue there, is what if you fail? you all of a sudden donate a ton of metal, AND you can't defend rocket bots with static defenses really. So now your front line just completely collapses. If T1 plasma was significantly faster than rocket bots, sure. But it's actually slower. and so they retreat, and now you fight them on top of their laser turret wall. How does that go? Given LLTs outrange T1 plasma, do like 2.5 times the dps, cost a bit more than half as much, and have a little less than double the health.
@@timmietimmins3780 yeah the micro ability of the rocket bots makes them hard to fight into, although the moment you do get on top of them they fold like paper. Might just be the low skill level I'm at but rocket bots don't get a lot of mileage.
"A rainbow of fun", proceeds to show cerberus annihilating everything
I bet that cerb had fun XD
Wow what a turn around. I would have bet anything the blue had it. GG. ❤

Now that's a good match of BAR...sheesh

what an amazing comeback for the red team, real cinema right there.
I've been screaming at people for the longest time: Build some AA turrets. Even if your air is competent it's best to have something to fall back on.
That was a fun game. Its not over til its over
i wish spybots could build spycams
They already have build power for reclaiming so I don't see why not either

spybots can disable antinuke :)))

More Brightworks :D
What a game!
That was bonkers
With names like these you'd think players are just trying to get you demonetized 😂
The rocketeer meta turned the high level games so dull.
Early game, I mean.
Rocket bots have dps and accuracy issues, so you can just push em in with plasma bots
That’s the concept, yes.
In reality, you can win most games by spamming them along with resbots.

This is why rocket bots are likely to get nerfed vs. units soon, to enable just pushing them
