      Do they do have scientific proof for this ?
      I assume you are a expert in this field ?
      Could it be possible the science changes over time eg health authorities now recommending 0 alcohol too pregnant women .
      Wonder why this recommendation has not changed due to big alcohol ?

      This me also, and dr eye or dental also. My Dr had me do home BP and write it down, emailed it and she said oh good I don’t have to prescribe a prescription.. I think it was my anxiety which it is much better now.

      Mine too…. 125/78 avg at home… 168/98 at doctor. Dr had me bring in my blood pressure cuff to check it for accuracy. Checked out right on. White Coat syndrome is real… the weird thing is I don’t feel that nervous at the doctor.

    You are doing great on carnivore! Keep it up, man! I'm 63 and went carnivore two years ago and feel like a kid again. Keep walking, keep eating rib eyes and eggs. Give yourself a gift and stick with it. Heck, I don't even have any desire to eat sugar or carbs anymore. If you stick to it long enough, it becomes natural.

    Keep moving forward. The AHA guideline for blood pressure is 120/80 or less. The American Academy of Family Physicians guidelines are 140/90 with an ideal of 135/85 because 120 or less can be hard on your kidneys. Stay on track, move towards your goal and don't stress. That's as bad as anything else. 👊

    My bp will be 40 points higher in the dr office than at home. Get yourself an electronic bp cuff and take it while relaxed at home and keep records. My dr now does not even take my bp. She just asks to see my records

    • @hoangling4344
      @hoangling4344 15 ชั่วโมงที่ผ่านมา

      Me too! My BP is 33 points higher in the doctor's office. They have 'white coat hypertension' in my patient notes. It is a real thing. I got an at home BP test and check it myself now and it''s 105 at home but 138 at the doctor's office.. Next time you go to the doctor's office, bring your at home kit with you to take a reading of yourself while you're there to verify its accuracy.

    I like that you are a real carnivore that struggles. I recently started but struggled yesterday and today but will be back on tomorrow. For me I have issues with meat…which makes carnivore hard. But my pains tend to lessen by a lot when I eat only meat and that is a critical need for me. Hang in there!

    • @CarnivoreKipp
      @CarnivoreKipp  วันที่ผ่านมา

      Bounce back my friend. I feel pain as well when off plan.

    • @Papacarnivore15
      @Papacarnivore15 วันที่ผ่านมา +3

      We all have struggles to stay on plan as carnivores. Just stay strong and the longer you go in your journey the easier and easier it gets.
      Make sure you NEVER get hungry. That’s when you have the highest chance of falling off plan and falling into the “carb ditch”.
      If and when you do fall into the carb ditch, just dust yourself off and get back on plan at the very next meal and keep on truckin on down the carnivore road.
      I’m down 101 lbs over the past 630 days, I’m off all meds, reversed my diabetes, high BP, arthritis and joint pain, depression, anxiety and a lot more.
      Good luck!!😊

    • @-What-are-your-thoughts
      @-What-are-your-thoughts 12 ชั่วโมงที่ผ่านมา

      Ya you’re not alone. My wife has an extremely difficult time with meat. Over time she is understanding that she feels better when she cuts out the carbs and only eats animal products. Hang in there, it’s a process and give yourself time.

    My pressure was 145/100 for a long time, resting HR 85-90. 285 lbs . After proper human dieting and losing 100 lbs. , I now have pressure 110/75 resting HR 63 .Winning! I struggle and bounce and fluctuate and don't quite know why either. I am a hunter and killed a doe last year after decades of not hunting. Im not hunting this year.

    The doctor needs to realize that as a larger man, you need to have higher blood pressure to get your blood to all your extremities. If your blood pressure is lowered chemically, you could have circulation issues. Numb hands and feet, etc.

    Kipp, why not change your visit up at doctor’s office. You probably park your car in parking lot and you have to walk a good distance to get to doctor’s office. This may include stairs too. Then the nurse wants to check your BP…DO NOT talk while your BP is being checked. My nurse loves to ask me questions while she checks my BP. If your BP is high, then ask the nurse if she can recheck it one more time. If the doctor cared about your BP he would check your BP at the end of your meeting. Ask for that, and if he agrees…you will see a lower BP. Good luck Kipp!

    I think you are doing great! Don’t worry about the small 2-4lb gains. That happens to me as well, especially if I spice my food with certain herbs or use too many condiments. I think that extra weight on me is generally water weight because when I go back to cooking with salt only I can quickly lose those 2 pounds because I urinate much more frequently than normal as the inflammation goes away.

    Kipp, I’m an RN and current Nurse Practitioner student, but this is not medical advice.. everyone’s blood pressure will fluctuate from time to time, for various reasons. Maybe you are consuming too much processed meat. If you are having any carbs at all too much sodium will remain in your system, which will cause it to be high. Remember, it’s carbs and insulin resistance that causes high blood pressure.

    The blood pressure meds made my husband's weight go up.
    He kept gaining weight every visit and the medicine didn't even help.
    So we weaned him off. Now after supplementing zinc and selenium for about 5 years his blood pressures are normal. The first month off those meds he lost 12#.
    Saw a doctor say that taking blood pressure meds is like unhooking your check engine light.
    It doesn't fix the engine you just don't get the warning anymore.
    If your high blood pressure is caused by excess weight and you are not losing weight because you are on blood pressure meds then it makes no sense to increase dosage.
    Look into natural remedies for blood pressure, they have a lot less side effects.
    Think about supplementing vitamin B1.
    I am not losing weight. I have mercury toxicity and mercury is stored in fat.
    I did a month long niacin and infrared sauna detox (sauna blanket).
    But after 50 years of amalgam fillings I need at least 4 more detoxes.
    Starting a new detox in November.
    God bless.

    I was on lisinopril. It caused a severe b12 deficiency. No longer on it. I was also having sore kidneys while on it. It took about 3 weeks for my BP to level out when I came off of it. I have a carnivore Dr. He put me on D3 K2, Potassium, Magnesium, CoQ10 (for the heart), biotin as i was listed as a type 2 diabetic, drinking the water, and a real salt of course.
    Any time Ia in the Drs office my BP will be high. The nurse is quite rude and demands to take vitals right away instead of letting you have 10 minute to sit and relax. Following your journey.

    Correct me if I am wrong.. several LC doctors claim that the resting blood pressure is more important. 70 sounds good to me!! So, after your heart pumps, the lower pressure is the resting pressure. So, your heart has a good pump, but it drops back to a resting pressure quite quickly. I actually don't care about cholesterol levels.. it's a part of your hormonal system and your immune system... so, if your body is repairing then wouldn't that mean that your cholesterol is going to be high?
