Great video..Really the only mistake I saw was that Lupin is alive. He's not. Lupin dies in the Drive special "Type Lupin". It takes place before the conclusion of the show. Thus him not being alive at the end of the season.
I actually had a fan story/pitch like this to some degree. A Kamen Rider Ryuga adaptation to be precise, where he was tricked onto killing the rest of the Ryuki Riders available (Cept for one) and it takes place in a post apocalyptic environment. Only Riders left would be Ryuga, Femme and Ouja. Overall yeah, we need more redemption stories ngl.
- For Ryuki you forgot Odin. - Jumping to Fourze I would discount Meteor since Meteor only followed his own agenda but wasn't really a villain. - For Gaim I would discount Zangetsu since Takatora's morality lies more on trying to do what was necessary to save the world, sure, using unconventional methods but he does try to consider any other chances if he can like when Kouta planned to negotiate with the Overlords and such. Even if the Genesis Armor was used by Mitcchy, still doesn't count for the true Zangetsu (And Mitcchy ends up using Ryugen Yomi in the end). -I would also discount Marika since she had her own agenda regardless if she was a Genesis Rider she only fought to follow the strongest. - Genm wasn't exactly converted. He only joined forces with the heroes to take down his father. By the end (And since you counted Another ParaDX) he still brought havoc to the world by releasing "Zombie Chronicle" and had to be stopped by Lazer. Even in the newest spin-offs he still follows his own agenda. - For Build I would discount Grease since he mostly just stood up for his nation and friends, regardless if he went to fight Build and such.
As you can seee. Picking the riders for the video is no simple task x.x Just a piece of extra information! I am only counting what happened to the rider at the end of their appearing series, so I counted Genm as a hero even if he turned full villain in the later appearance. But ya know, there's just a lot of grey areas so eveything you said got a point! lol. I was going to give up making the video simply due to the large amount of Anti-hero or Villain. Honestly not sure how to cataloged a lot of them. Thanks for watching!

I think if you're including Kamen Rider 4, you gotta include 3. As he was a villain and then reformed (and subsequently erased from history but, 3 was such a bad ass rider), Technically Oma Zi-O is the villain of the Zi-O series, and you forgot the 'Another Riders' as well. (Which would make 36 evil riders in Zi-O) Also not counting Cronus came back alive twice, and Gemn is technically dead (and now is a Humagear). Glad they're doing a Kamen Rider Outcast special which is reported to feature all the evil riders

I consider dark riders as riders who look like main riders or other riders but having dark colours, for villian rider, they dont look like the riders and look unique on their own and are usually strong, or could be any riders except many dark riders
I'm loving the holiday trend of taking topics from Kamen Rider that just barely correlate to the holiday (resurrected Riders for Easter, dark riders for Halloween) and uploading them as holiday videos. It's very simple fun, and let's be real, we don't really need much of an excuse to talk about Kamen Rider. My one gripe is that I wouldn't count Meteor or Specter as villain riders, just antagonistic.
ryuki is a bit hard to handle. even addin only the explicitelly and unrepentedly bad ones, you can add 6 more, and all dead. but, well, it's ryuki... do we want to count DarkDecade? neither does bandai in everything that isn't a game... zangetsu I dunno if counts as a villain, the guy really had the best intention at heart and beside idunn really didn't approach the whole situation with ill intentions saver was dead even before the film, and arguably is the one pulling the string to the post serie baddies, so dead but not resting? lupin unfortunatelly was terminal to begin with, so even if converted, the guy passed by the end of the serie, slightly before the ending arc
Those a new generation kamen rider villain..l like those villains but the most favourite character villain that I mostly like is the legendary kamen rider Shadowmoon from kamen rider black & RX series..
Some of these I wouldn't count as actual villains. Yeah they were some form of an antagonist at some point or even a brief period of time, but I wouldn't count that as being an actual villain. Might as well treat some as anti-hero or anti-villain. It'd be like counting any brainwashed/berserk character, however brief, as a villain. In Chase's case, he was good first (or at the very least neutral), then converted to a villain then reconverted back. Hard to say if Sylphi is actually dead as she doesn't die as others normally would and simply fades away.

Yeah. Dark Shinji technically still alive since he's literally a reflection. He's automatically immortal because even if he "dies" he gets resetted into the Mirror World. This video got so many errors with the other riders, too.

Orga is my all time favorite tho. I really like how clean it looks. As for the godly side, Blood from Build is definatly an eye candy! Evol black hole is godly too!
