Wow I love your hair dark so much you literally look like you’re glowing. I loved this update too, I think your surgeon nailed it to be honest! I think they look so good and so natural. Agh it makes me want to do a lift so bad now. I’ve been debating it for a while

I want to get a Reduction since I’m a F. It’s hard on my body and I feel like I am nothing but boobs. So I totally needed to hear the opinions! I just have done all the research I need to go through with it. You look amazing Sam!!!❤️
I feel ya im a double G and i finally decided that im done looking like my boobs are bigger than my head, im going to my doctor next week to ask for a reduction. I think its covered by the insurance here where i livr because its causing me so much neck and shoulder pain! I hope my doctor agrees with me 😂

Yours look great and definitely look natural and fit well with your body!! I had my breast augmentation done almost 9 months ago and I'm loving them! I feel so much more confident now and I don't have any regrets.

Hey Sam! You look amazing. If you have a dermatologist, they may be able to help you with the scars medically if you have heath insurance if it bothers you. It looks like they could be whats considered “hypertrophic” and there are treatments available for that. Regardless, so happy for you that your confidence is improved and you are happy! Take care!

as a girly also w melanin, i struggle with getting raised scars easily. ive heard that steriod injections may help but i persoanlly havent tried it myself. maybe that may help!
ur tatas look great tho despite the scars. super natural and fits ur body perfectly!
It will take time but the scarring will continue to lighten up. Keep using the scar cream though. Even the over the counter will help. It’s just so subtle you may not notice right away.
Hi, I would have a look into Co2 laser resurfacing; i had this on some scarring that was too thin and it works wonders for raised scarring too, it burns the top layer of skin and forces it to produce collagen and can flatten the scar, hope this helps!

I am scared of the breast implant Illness because My body rejected a neck piercing and two belly button piercings . Years apart .
so I am just terrified of something like that happening. I would love to though !
So many women (tons of celebrities) are having their implants removed. There is a huge movement...(I forget the hash tag that's used). Just like a car.. after so many years, they start to break down and your body eventually WILL reject them, and that's if they don't cause other issues prior. I got mine at 21 cause I was insecure and thought thats what men wanted. (How stupid right?) They were $10,000 and done in Beverly Hills at a top doctor. They looked AMAZING.. i could have posed for Playboy. Lol. But soon enough that joy turned to horror. I had mine for 15 years and then removed them after 2 surgeries. These surgeries not only cost thousands of $$ but i had to go under anesthesia each time which is dangerous every time you do it. I also had to heal all over again and go thru all that pain. Then like this video.. they created more scars to the point that I hated them. The 1st surgery was to fix one that rippled and had a developed a large mass that they thought was possibly cancer so they went in to biopsy and found it was a large cyst that had developed around the implant.. they had to remove the cyst. Then the 2nd surgery 4 years later was from one that ruptured and leaked and made me so ill I was in the hospital cause my body started to shut down. After that.. I was like GET THEM OUT OF ME! I have zero low self esteem now and love myself with all my flaws and imperfections. I don't care what anyone thinks about me.. except my husband who finds me "sexier than the day he met me" according to him and after 2 kids now I have scars (2 C-Sections) stretch marks, cellulite.. and I EARNED ALL OF IT! We as women have to embrace our bodies and realize that all the social media and magazines is all FAKE.. and to look "perfect" is just not attainable. I hope women read this comment and think twice about messing with their bodies by doing such drastic unnecessary surgeries that are costly. They could also cost your LIFE. If I could go back and tell my 21 year old self what I know today, I NEVER would have got them. 💕

Sam, I have the same type of skin that heals horrible with keloids. Check with a good dermatologist they can do injections to help flatten the scars down.I have been getting that done for years when I get them. Just another option to think about 💐

My brother gets keloid scars… he just started getting injections on them to shrink them. It’s working very well
What you have is keloid scar. You can learn more by reading about it, it can be removed but there is a 50/50 chance that it'll heal same as before
I have a consult for camouflage tattoo next week. They can probly lighten the scar you should look into it!

The scar looks like a keiloid but not that bad. Its just something that can happen with ethnic skin. Alot of doctors have treatments for it if you're really bothered by it.

I thought a breast lift would prevent/reduce sagging and make them more perky?
I don't think there's any "sagging," personally. I wanted them to look as natural as possible, and if they were any more "perky" I think they would look fake. The point of the lift was to make the right side even with the left, which is exactly what it achieved. Like I said in the video, I'm extremely happy with my results. If you would prefer a different look on yourself, you can do whatever makes you happy :)
I got mines done 8 months ago and I regret not getting a lift they look natural but I feel they look saggy 😢

Your description of the implant sounds like the same description of mine but i don't know my profile he used. I had mine Oct 31 (last Tuesday). I've been online trying to find info out about the stages of healing. Not really finding what I'm looking for until yours. You touched on a couple things. How many months was it until they felt more normal? Mine scared the shit outta me. So hard. Worried about them being softer, even a little.
Do they do imaging of what the results may look like ?
Also does your surgeon remove implants if you experience signs of bii?
Try bio oil also. We’re human we have scars. That’s just life. It’s kinda like a teeter totter situation lol. Like what would I rather have lol. I wish you all the best Sam!
They have tattooing now for scars that's supposed to help with color
You still want to where bras sports bras tank tops when sleeping. It keeps the skin from stretching as much thereby decreasing the size of the keloid scarring
Thank you Sam for sharing. I’ve been contemplating this for a long time. I’m 5ft and have such a small A size. I’ve always had outside the bedroom confidence if that makes sense. But once im naked I cringe. I don’t feel sexy.

Hanging...?? As I said in the video, my results are exactly what I wanted, so yes. I wanted a natural slope so they would look as natural as possible. Not into the super fake porn star look, personally.

It is with all of them (textured, smooth, saline and silicone) it’s on the FDA website. It’s a different from the previous reported one called BIA-ALCL which was found on textured implants only. The new cancer is called Squamous cell carcinoma

Maybe you could tattoo some colour matched shading around the smaller looking nipple so it appears the same x
