I heard a lot of stories about under muscle augumentation and most of women that had them say it was worst pain in thier life, even they had labor, etc. Maby it was only first two-three days but if they knew what is it going to be they would never do this again.
I just had a double mastectomy for breast cancer and had implants done at same time. I just wanted to be “me”. I had both nipples removed as I had Paget’s disease of left nipple. I am 9 days out from surgery. Pain has truly been minimal. Only take pain meds at night. I had 350cc implants under muscle. Went for check yesterday, all is great but he wants drains to stay a little longer so will recheck on Friday. I was able to wash my hair in sink by myself at day 6. I am doing great. Before surgery my natural breast size was equal to about 380-400 implant so I am very happy. The pain has been much less then other surgeries I have had.
If a surgeon has to revise due to animation after his surgery, he wouldn't charge right. I almost feel I should be reimbursed for the trouble. He made the pocket too high one side. Advice please.
Bummer video was very informative but not for cancer patients with mastectomy! What way has less visual imperfections? Safest keeping in the pocket going bigger?
It's truly a very straight forward operation no matter where the implant goes. Most patients have a little more discomfort the few first days and after that recovery for both is quite similar. I would ask your surgeon what they recommend based on your own experience. Thanks again for your comment and for watching Lipstick & Lip :)
Hi, I have some questions. I’ve been thinking about getting a breast augmentation, but I’m a competitive ballroom dancer and with that, would I loose a lot of my chest movement ability such as body roll’s and dancing swing which requires kinda jumping around? Is it best to not get the augmentation for these reasons, since I don’t plan of quitting dancing? I’m also with a board certified eligible surgeon and is that good enough? Or should I keep searching? I’m so nervous but I’m trying to get to the excited end of this. Thanks for any feedback in advance 😊
You can still do all of your athletics workouts and dancing with a breast augmentation. Everything should be fine with that level of activity. You are looking for a surgeon who is Board Certified or board eligible by the American board of Plastic Surgery . No other boards are appropriate for this type of surgery. It needs to be the American Board of Plastic Surgery and you can go to their website to find a surgeon! Plasticsurgery.org
I’ve had 3x implants. I have over the muscle Each time and gone bigger each time. However I had capsular contracture twice. Then now on my last ones my breast have sagged. I am of a low weight. With a gym body and never throughly my implants would sag so much. Il now have to have corrective surgery to uplift and either have them Out or a new smaller implant behind the muscle. I’ve had the worst time being constantly unwel. Breast implant illness is real. Please really think carefully. I wish I never ever ruined my Tiny chest 😢
@@trollalert2995 I am so sorry you’ve had this experience. Please find an experienced board certified plastic surgeon for your revision surgery to ensure that you have the best outcome! Good luck to you!
i feel like subglandular looks so much better for transgender women because it doesnt give them the boxy tight muscly looking appearance :( its just difficult because there is rarely enough breast tissue that develops to support over the muscle placement
Gender affirming augmentation is a challenging procedure. It's important that you see a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon who specializes in Top Surgery to achieve the best results. - Best of luck. - L & L
Thank you for sharing, doctors. What about under the muscle for a B-cup patient who is 5'0, weight 116, is there any size recommendation like a 275cc gummy bear? thx
Breast implants don't belong in your body period, ladies. Before you do it, please listen to the thousands of women telling their stories on TH-cam of how implants destroyed their health and in some cases (including mine) almost killed them.
@@georgiarose2594 how old were you when you got them? How big were they? Was it a reputable doctor and surgical center? Did you have known allergies before? Family history of immune disease? Also what’s the lifestyle you had overall?
@@persiaperez909 Hello.... I was 19, they were small (c cup), it was a top Harley Street doctor, no allergies in my life, no family history of anything, lifestyle was health-obsessed (no alcohol, smoking, drugs, organic food etc.). It should just be black and white and glaringly obvious: women should not be cut open to put silicone that is laced with heavy metals next to their vital organs and left there for years in a hot body that breaks the silicone down over time. It is just so dangerous.

I’m going in two weeks for a SMX and my nerves are shot! Your comment is calming though since yours went smoothly- I hope you are doing well!
What about military PT workouts?
Have either of you had breast implants as you were explaining the pain level? As you hear so many sides on this
Interesting. Thanks
Happy to help!
Can you explain the pinch test?

We couldn't hear conversation can I see the video at another location?
For some reason it doesn’t work on my headphones but I heard it fine on my phone speaker

What about if you have had a double mastectomy?
This would be very different and the pluses and minuses of both are different after a mastectomy surgery. Good luck to you!
I can't hear
I can't hear lol 😂
Same…
Under the muscle just seems so much more invasive
