Ok I have had oxalate sensitivity in the past so it’s possible. I’m starting with lentils, 20hr soaked, and pressure cooked, lots of water, and prayer. Will see. I’m also going to try acacia fiber and psyllium husk.
I’ve been eating beans every other night a whole can with the salsa, avocado, broccoli and that’s a gas producer mixed vegetables and I have gas depending on the type of bean being seemed to work pretty pretty heavy on me, but I don’t have any smell. I guess if you eat them enough, you’re not gonna get that stinky smell that’s just what’s happening with me. I don’t know. I guess people that don’t eat themregularly have soy beans beans with that combination of stuff I put on it one night and that combination and I’ve been doing that for seven or eight years now and I don’t have any problem other than it doesn’t smell

How much did you start with and the progression?
@@CalmVibesVee I averaged 200g of beans a day and stopped when the symptoms became unbearable.

Did you soak them properly before cooking? And did you try sprouting?
