Since a Canadian passport holder produced a fake still working certificate for renewal process( abroad working candidates section ) . Karnataka nursing council is asking a notary attested still working certificate, from 20-05-2019 ,for foreign working candidates renewal

If you are applying for Goodstanding certificate, you can use EXPERIENCE CERTIFICATE. For Renewal you have to be in service in any hospital/clinic/nursing home in Karnataka and produce a valid (issued within 3 months) Still working certificate

Get NOC from kerala NC, and submit to ksnc, obtain offer letters from an employer in karnataka. Submit all this documents to KSNC to get the Licence.
