Wow, this was really easy! Hwasa really has such a distinct voice - her vocals are so clean and clear even with her raspy growl, and I think that was the key because the others focused too much on the growl and sultriness! She also has a really distinct way of pronouncing English words, which the others slurred more. I'm surprised actually because I often confuse Hwasa and Wheein in their higher registers, but I think that's from the clarity of their singing! I can be a proud moomoo
The impressionists actually did a good job imitating Hwasa!! Though as a MooMoo for around 6 years, I could easily identify Hwasa'a voice immediately as she really has this very unique vocal tone and way of singing, as well as her pronounciation of certain words (esp. English words) and how she drags some notes when ending some lines ;>>
This was probably the easiest episode I've seen. I am a Mamamoo fan but besides that, Hwasa's voice is so unique that it's almost impossible to get it wrong if you heard it a few times. Hope the other members can be on this show too. I'd also like to test how well I know their voices.
I feel like Yonghoon are Dongmyeong are going to tip me off about who it is lol... Edit: They were WRONG??? (I saw their faces and decided they agreed with me that it was number 2 for the 1st round, but then yonghoon said he thought it was number 5. It was funny when everyone told him he was trying to show off lol) Edit Round 2: I thought number 1 didn't sound like hwasa at all, can't believe I didn't recognise Jooyi unnie Edit Round 3: I think it's number 3 for Hwasa (Dongmyeong has better judgement than Yonghoon, apparently) and number 4 for Jooyi. Edit Round 4: Number 1 is Hwasa, and number 2 is Cosmic Girl (Jooyi). She tried a bit much to sound like Hwasa in her first verse and kinda messed up the diction. Idk, she usually sounds clearer and better to me.
Also Edit Round 4 that got deleted: I heard DPR Live before Round 4 lol. They were playing "I'm bad too" - it's my favourite of Hwasa's songs. Also as a Moomoo I feel like I'm flexing too much lol.
