Yes w211 e class is heavy car 1600-1700 kg but 150 hp 340 nm torque is not weak it's enough for daily drive this car is not for race this car for luxury and economy

First of all yours it’s more powerful (since it has electric motor boost), has more gears and it’s newer. Second of all i don’t think yours has + 260 Km on ODO like this E Class do

This Mercedes is nicer, quiter, better built with nicer materials, has similar overall fuel consumtion and if tuned then it will be faster than your Corolla Hybrid. Moreover it is 10x cheaper to buy than your Corolla Hybrid.
