How To Hard Reset Your Xbox One (Power Cycle)

No you won't lose anything. That would be called a "Factory Reset". A Power cycle will remove all the temp files and any garbage the can be causing performance issues with your Xbox One, it will NOT erase your games/apps or Saves. If you ever owned a Xbox 360, think of it as clearing the cache.
