I mostly used Super Craig, Call Girl, And any character with a ranged attack that inflicts statis conditions like Wonder Tweek or Misterion to lower Morgan's defences.
Probably because the blocking stat buff (the shield) is invaluable against Morgan Freeman and Craig is one of the few heroes who has it as part of his kit. The damage freeman deals is so stupidly high it’s practically the only way to effectively deal with him.

This is basically treated is if the knockback victim is attacking the obstacle, but the resulting damage is deflected back to the victim. Minted allies do 33% less knock damage to enemies and Berried enemies take 33% knockback damage. Therefore, both Mint and Berry result in me doing 66% less knockback damage. I don't see a reason to use a less skillful strategy that only prolongs this fight by several minutes when there is a comp and moveset that allows for a no damage run in under 6 min.
I don't remember, but when I run knockback teams I get my knockback damage to around 250-330% and my Critical strike damage to around 40-50%. You get one of the good knockback artifacts by talking to Morgan Freeman as a black character and the other is bought with club units in the Ubisoft Club and upgraded in the crafting menu till its the +4 version. The other important artifact I remember is the Stash of Merit (epic artifact) which I use to gain Ult charge when I block.
I have a better way just one speedster ability where it gives u two extra moves and the ultimate and two other abilities are netherborn and have captain mint berry and mysterion and henrietta and whenever you have the chance keep summoning the younger version of u and use speedster first which will give u two moves and then use the dire shroud always use the speedster ability before an attack move or ultimate cuz dire shroud deals 350 damage and when the enemy’s defense is down the damage will reach 600 and with ultimate active u will deal 800 to 850 now for henrietta keep using her as a healer cuz she has two one where she heals and makes you damage other people by stealing their health if they’re really close to u and for captain mint berry he has an ultimate that can stop block any attack from morgan and for mysterion just use him to give knock back

I think by far the best Ultimate is gonna be Elemental Onslaught simply because of the suppression on enemies. Just switch to a damage dealing Ult on boss fights. If your main goal is to simply ensure you don’t lose a fight: Ice Prison, Purifying Pedals, and Ganz Technique for New Kid. Keeping Captain Diabetes and Call Girl (if you have her now) on your team would be useful since they are easy to use and work well with Toolshed. I don’t think you have to worry about min maxing team bonuses yet. If your goal is speedrunning then ignore the above and let me know.
Look at the team bonuses on the bottom left. They are just as important as your might. Different artifacts give bonuses to different team bonuses. Minor artifacts will boost either Status Effects, Knockback damage, or Ult recovery. Major artifacts will boost either crit damage or ally health.
