For some reason no Drs or cardiologists want to seem to listen to me explain that my stomach/indigestion/gurgling issues triggers PVCs for me. Now, if I’m not in a situation where I’m in a PVC attack time frame (because they come and go), it’s fine. But when my heart is excited or irritated or however you describe it, I get tons and tons of PVCs and does no doctor see this connection at all? Even in a holter, I’d document and press the button to generate an incident and document “eating” or indigestion or whatever, still no correlation? I really hate PVCs. I’d love to have an ablation for benign PVCs like this however, even then, I try to explain that I can’t be “scheduled” for ablation because I may or may not have them. It has to be one of those things where when I have a run of PVCs, I have to run to the lab to be able to have them map and find the area where it’s coming from. I’m not even sure they could trigger them as I’ve read. Thoughts?

I get PVCs and palpitations from acid reflux. When I get my GERD under control, the PVCs go away. Can anyone explain why this happens and is it dangerous?

So more than one pvc morphologies means sudden death may occur even with a normal echo and stress test? Caught a few pvcs on my watch that looked different, I guess I'm screwed.

Attila C I believe my palpitations come from my belching and acid reflux

Attila C my first ekg came out with sinus arrhythmia without any abnormalities my last two came out normal i have no heart disease in the family I believe my palpitations come from too much acid reflux from not absorbing my nutrients well enough i never feel faint or dizzy and can exercise without any problems my cardiologist says they are benign i never have a high resting heart rate actually my sleeping heart rate is around 55

At about 8:00 ,that rhythm of a pvc following each normal ventricular beat seems to waste energy.

Drs really need to stop following the whole "benign" nature of pvcs. If you had all the tests done that confirms your heart is healthy and you're symptoms are not that bad, patients need education and assurance that all is safe. However, If you are healthy but have symptoms to the point it ruins your life and not driven by anxiety, it tells us that there is something very wrong and it may predict an issue later on. Just because others have thousands a day and normal - it does not mean it applies to all patients well that they are well too. Cardiologist and EPs tend to easily disregard pvcs. I once asked by cardiologist question "have you had pvcs? If so, how do you feel?". Answer is usually "once in awhile I have a pvc or two...". That doesn't answer the question lol!
