    Just think about how much development projects could have been achieved if we had such competent and efficient people in government. Well done engineer Kamau. 👏

    The biggest mistake Kenya made was for Kibaki not to take over from Kenyatta. Kenya would have been so far ahead.

      So True

    • @ericmwenda6197

      Very true indeed but remember it is the founding president himself Mzee Jomo Kenyatta who wrongly described Kibaki as having no leadership qualities and went on to support Moi. Probably President Kenyatta was afraid of being outshone by the tribesman. Let's call it historical mistake that has haunted Kenya upto date.
      It made us lag behind countries like Singapore, Malaysia, S Korea and other Asian tigers. Kenya would be at par with those countries as we speak today.
      Look at what kibaki accomplished during his first five years and the next five years of his second term. History will forever thank our third president the late Mzee Kibaki. May his soul forever rest in eternal peace.

      @@ericmwenda6197 Thank you Mwenda for that great insight. Surely if Kibaki could achieve so much at that late stage of his life, imagine what he could have done in the prime of life and compounded over time. That is what S Korea is today that Kenya is not but could have been.

    If we are not careful we might slip back to those dark days engineer is talking about where a giraffe used to disappear in the middle of road or when public offices wafted dizzying stench

    Very very sad indeed for a Engineer kamau to be accused of such trivilous issues. Engineer The Almighty God will protect you.

    How come we never use university students to working along the Chinese... If they did we would have built the Nairobi Malaba road along with the numerous bypasses

    • @kim1570
      @kim1570 ปีที่แล้ว

      Because the Chinese are not here to help us by transferring skills.. instead, they're here to make huge profits for themselves, all the while ensuring that Kenyans are left dependent on them (or any other non-Kenyan/African multi-national) to keep building our infrastructure. And our Kenyan leaders are more than happy to look the other way because they're getting their cut from the contracts. It's called infrastructural neo-colonialism.

    On prioritisation, the greater Eastern bypass connecting mombasa Rd from Devki to kamulu and on to garissa Rd. Why is this not a priority ?
