- We wanted to check alternatives for locking tuners to replace modern Gibson non-locking tuners. We went through stores and social media and found our first option - Guyker Locking Tuners

UPDATE: After 6 months of usage, one tuner is not "locking" anymore... Hope others are luckier with these tuners. We got what we paid for. 😁

@@TheJamSpace After the 6th month we didn't bother putting it back - one tuner did not lock anymore. Will never buy these again. :)

I have the graphtech installed on my ESP LTD and the guyker on my Ibanez. Mas stable yung guyker in regards sa tuning. Sa built, di hamak na mas okay yung graphtech. Mas mabigat and mas makapal yung pinaka pole na nag iipit ng strings. One issue nung binili ko yung guyker, hinde fit yung isang nut. Kaya gumamit pa ko ng iba nut galing dun sa orig tuners ng LTD ko.

We measured our to be ~24mm. 👍
sayang pera. 3months lng tinagal.. pero mabait ung seller n nabilhan ko kasi pinalitan nya yung dalawang nasira.. nabaklas ung cover nya.. same dn nangyari sa pinalit nya.
Stable naman po ba ang tunings ng les paul ninyo since you installed this tuning heads?
Yup, stable naman siya. Sayang nga eh, if hindi nasira, we have no reason to take it off sa guitar
@@soundforge8096 ok kase po naglagay na ako ng string butler but still may minor tuning issues pa rin. 11-52 string gauge ko po, hindi ba mahihirapan mailagay locking tuner sa ganun kakapal na strings kapag iipitin nya na?

Hindi na naman binalik kasi hindi na naglock yung isang tuner. We're not sure if they have imrpoved, pero hindi namin ma-recommend.
I can’t put these on my strat?! I need help
Not sure, you may have a different model. What we had cannot fit a strat. Ours was a 3R 3L set, for a strat you need an inline set.

Yo man I'm gonna buy a couple of sets of these to go on my Gibson and Epiphone, you had any issues at all with them? Cause it's gonna cost me £60 for 2 sets which is dirt cheap.
No issues so far. Apart from the remarks on the video, it's an impressive alternative. Great value for its price tag. 👍
I installed them on my Jazzmaster and I love them! they are incredible for the money!
Man don't put these on a damn Gibson. Buy klusons for a Gibson

Yes, at least for 6 months... :) broke after that.
