bright colors - check ✅ ! The whole time I was like "nooooooooo.... don't use neon!!!" But then - as always - you turned it into a piece of harmonious art! Stunning process!
Yessss ... use neon, mix it up🤪! Be true to the junk journaling style you are developing Barbara. I have total confidence that you can turn anything into beautiful art!! I love how you are incorporating the packaging from your snacks.😁💞Jeannie
Fantastic happy experiments. It’s like we get in a creative zone and ideas and supplies simply come together and WOW happens. Great pocket, great card, great colors, great stamping, great bird and GREAT CROWN❣️
Once the paint builds up on your brayer, you can peel it or soak it off in a bath of Murphy's Oil or a mix of hydrogen peroxide and dawn dish soap. You can save the skin and use it in an assemblage. Another fun video and so great to see the bags each day!
How cool that three was the perfect shape for your little penguin! And to use the packaging for the pocket, and the Reese’s packaging for the crown. That would be fun to use the packaging from all the snacks throughout the journal. Turned out great. TFS! ❤️
Dear Barbara, I just love to watch you in action and am always amazed with your final results thank you and Luise too, for all the inspiring and fun project ideas! ❤️🤗😘🥰🤩
Another lovely video Barbara, the journaling card turned out beautiful, love the bright colours you used. Learning so much watching both you and Luise. Take care and stay blessed.❤
Great video! You not only made an utterly charming card, but you provided useful tips about the paint on the stippling brush and taking extra prints off your gel plate, etc. I am usually hesitant to use plastic packaging on a journal, but the Reese’s package as a crown and especially the mochi package as a pocket are just perfect! Ausgezeichnet! ❤
This is BRILLIANT and I love how perfectly the packaging and opposite page in YOUR journal work together! Meant to be ❤ what a fun, vibrant, weird, wacky and wonderful creation- love it!
So lovely! Fun with the stencilling on tissue. And yes - do much pressure creating on camera into a gifted journal - lucky you are such great creative friends 😂
The opening in the Mochi package was perfect to see the 3. It’s like it was made for this. Well, okay. You DID make it for this. Lol. I love watching the thought process of everything that goes into the making of these prompts. 3 down!
I love this journaling card! I'm following you and Luisa and learning how to use the distress inks to create those beautiful background effects. You're both such good instructors. Your color combinations worked excellently today.
Awesome journaling card Barbara, I love the background and watching you figure out the three, and the gorgeous orange crown for the penguin! The moochi package was the cherry on top, brilliant!💕🇨🇦
Super cute! It was such an interesting combination of required elements but had wonderful results using your creative twist. TFS and have a great day! See you tomorrow! 🙂
Barbara!!! I love this little guy, and his crown is priceless! I didn’t know how you’d make both pages work together but when you brought out the candy wrapper, it was a bullseye!!! Big love 💗
What a wonderful treat :) I love your videos Barbara I hope everyone is enjoying the series as much as I have been. I cannot wait to watch Luise's video next!!!!!
Hey, it was such fun watching and listening to you. I'm always speechless at how fantastically well you speak English. The card turned out so great and cute. Just sugar! What a cool idea with the bag and how well everything fits together! Good job, Barbara 🧡
That whole card and page were fun and adorable! It looks like the penguin misplaced his wife's egg and is trying to help her hatch a #3.😂 Today's results were wildly imaginative!🤗🥰
I love this page design, the colors and how you incorporated the Reeses & mochi wrappers into it, too! Good tip on the dabbing of the stipling brush when using it for stencils....I sometimes forget and end up with a smudged mess.
Oh my goodness! I love how this card turned out! 🤩 So brilliant! Thank you, thank you for all the great tips...I wouldn't even know how to begin without all your wonderful videos to reference!🥰
Only the third day so journal still has new vibe. Give it more time to incorporate more of your creative energy. I'm lucky so far as I remember in my ephemera stash I have unused penguin decoupage diecut. Your videos are inspiring they are like free class in art/junk journaling. 🐧🐧🐧🐾🐼
I have to say I have not understood the gelli plate trend... until this video! I now totally get how cool they are! Thanks Barbara, I love the way you create such awesomeness 💜
Your gift of creation is amazing. Simple items and creative colors and bang !!! you have a wonderful piece of art ephemera for your journal. Could it be the sweet treat that you consume before that get you imagination going.......hmmm, maybe this is worth trying too. Thank you for all your inspirations. Hugs from MN
Beautiful card! I never thought of using plastic packaging in a journal, that is so creative. I really need to practice using a sewing machine on paper and other materials but I'm not that experienced even using one on fabric! The stitching creates such a great contrast to the packet 💜
