Just to explain all this in a simple way: I’m basically giving editors money, 0 work for me, 0 work for them, both get money. I have an extremely big project in the work, alongside school. This is a way to maintain my channels status, help editors, and help myself. It’s a win win for all parts included in the agreement. It's nothing wrong with it, it's basically as if I pay them to help me edit. And I will still be making my own edits as well, probably more now than ever. It may be hard to fully understand, but thanks for trying.
