The safest way to solve this issue is to re-serve your bow string so it is double served, or a thicker serving material single served. There is nothing you can do to the nock to tighten it back up that would be as safe.
I assume you are referring to the medieval arrow. No, that particular arrow was not made using the jig (I wish I had this jig when I made those as that would have saved a lot of stress on getting it straight). You can readjust the jig down the shaft though for longer cuts like the one on that arrow. So it is usable for longer and shorter cuts on an arrow.

That nock was not made using the jig. The horn slot looks way longer and the nock slot is way shorter.
