    Saw this truck at the Gilmore truck show yesterday. It is even better in person. The owner talked with me for about 45 mins. Super cool dude.

    Well done! Looks great. Would you be able to estimate the hours you have in this project and costs, so far? Ballpark is fine, I am just trying to see how ambitious I am. I am quite envious of the determination you have demonstrated, just to get this on the road. Also, is it titled with the 3100 VIN or S-10?

    • @KajerWW
      @KajerWW  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      indiana TAGS as the truck it is... Chevy 3100 since it has a 8# VIN...
      Hours was 5 ish hours daily for 6 months ... every day after work.. and weekends the winter or 2018-2019 Oct - March...
      thank you for the Question

    Beautiful truck- very well done. I am doing the same swap. What backspacing did you go on the wheels?

    • @KajerWW
      @KajerWW  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      thank you .. I don't know the numbers off the top of my head.. soon I will be going thru it, doing any prep work for this summer of lots of driving like always.. I will measure them. and get back to you. I do know all wheels are 11" wide and there is a 1.75 diff. in offset between front and back. but the exact numbers I picked 5 winters ago.. well i do not remember ha

    Couple of questions what year s10 chassis work? 2nd What air ride system did you use?

    • @KajerWW
      @KajerWW  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      any or all years... a reg cab long bed is 118" wheel center to center .. the OEM for these trucks was just under 116. I used a Extnd Cab- Reg. bed. and cut the frame.. to OEM spec.
      my air ride Kit is just airbag it . com a general generic kit ..
