Very interesting many thanks for sharing, like you I am an only child and would have loved siblings my son is 42 and would have loved a big family but sadly it wasn’t to be. So glad that you are both loving your park home it’s sounds ideal am very tempted less maintenance and much cheaper and easier to look after especially as we get older. Hi Maria that was so lovely we looked at park homes but unfortunately they weren't any quite near so we've recently moved to a bungalow which we love it's so peaceful ❤ so nice you love it where you are a d you are near your family as you are very close very enjoyable watching your vlogs with your family in a d I enjoy Becky's vlogs too I'm 62 and hubby 63 we bought our first house when I was 19 it was 5000 pounds 😂 it makes me smile now as how things have changed and so much more expensive we are the same with money it all goes in one pot as you say always has thankyou for sharing 😊❤❤

Glad its worked out for you maria..it looks lovely. My friend has a park home and they can have a dog or cat when they move in and they can keep it till it dies but cant have another one. It would kill us not to have a dog so i couldnt live in a park home at all for that reason. X
Yes it would be something that you would need to check out before buying. Its been 9 years since we lost our dog and still miss him loads. We would love another but won’t have one because we like our holidays abroad and don’t have anyone to dog sit. They do bring so much joy x
I did exactly the same Maria .I was rattling around in a house when some lovely apartments were being built in next village where my daughter and family live .I went to look at one I wanted it was finished and I bought it .15years later I still love it best thing I ever did .I pay ground rent and service charge but rest of bills so reasonable much cheaper than the house I had .Happy Christmas to all xx❤

Do you have to vacate for a month every year , as I have friends who live in a park home who do . And do they depreciate in value , unlike a brick house ? .
