मेरे खयाल से अगर ऐसी Conditions के साथ गौतम गंभीर को Team India का Head Coach बना दिया जाता है , तो Champions Trophy 2025 & ICC One Day World Cup 2027 तो सपनेवाली बात हो जाएंगी भारतीय क्रिकेट टीम के लीए , क्यों की एक Specific Limit यानिके हदतक ही Discipline Maintain हो पाता है , नहीं तो अनिल कुंबले जी के Coaching Period में जैसे Controversies / मनमुटाव / झगडे हुए थे खिलाडीयों और Team Management Coach वगैरा के , कही उससे भी ज्यादा Serious Problems ना हो जाएं गौतम गंभीर Head Coach बनने के बाद ऐसा मुझे डर है , क्यों की विराट कोहली , रोहित शर्मा जैसे Senior Legendary Players अपने हिसाब से ही खेलकर Retirement लेंगे , रही बात उनके Form की , तो वो maintain रखने की ये Senior Players दिलसे, मेहनत लेकर कोशीशें करेंगे , कभी कभी बीचमे कुछ समय के लीए Out of Form भी हो सकते है , जसप्रीत बुमराह जैसे Main Bowlers के बारेमे भी बोल रहां हूं , तो क्या ऐसे सभी खिलाडीयों को घर का रास्ता दिखाएंगे गौतम गंभीर ? 🤔
और ये कितना सही होगा ? T-20 International Cricket से तो रोहित , विराट और जडेजा ने भी संन्यास तो ले ही लिया है ना अब !
मेरे खयाल से Team में हंसता-खेलता , मजे लेकर Practice & खेलने का भी माहोल जरुरी है , वैसे बोला जाएं तो अनिल कुंबले जी की भी कुछ खास गलतीयां तो थी नहीं , बस्स अनिल कुंबले जरा Over Discipline Minded Person थे और बहोत ही Strictly Rules & Discipline maintain रखना चाहते थे हमेशाही Team में और यही से विवादों की शुरुवात हुई थी अगर मै गलत नहीं हु तो दोस्तों , Specially विराट कोहली और अनिल कंबले जी के बीच कुछ विवाद हुए थे , खैर....! गौतम गंभीर के अलावा औरभी बेहतर Options देखे BCCI ऐसा मुझे तो कम से कम लग रहां है Friends .
