Also, you forgot, In India work Culture, majority of the managers dont just criticize someone's work, they just abuse him. Conclusion - Criticize but in a constructive way, social media trolling is a very different thing from it. If you want see how constructive criticism works, see newspaper articles, how it is written in a certain that, it makes criticism but doesnt use any abusive words.
