I cant say enough about podium archery, just got back into my archery game and over the past couple of weeks I have placed quite a few orders with them and shipping has been super fast, just ordered my press through them a few days ago and came home to it sitting on my porch today . He does stand behind anything over $100 is free shipping, any questions you have when you call the shop they have the answers you need, If you are into archery , I would highly recommend getting to know podium archery !!!
Easton came out with their new 4mm match grade half outs, which have a center pin. Basically, they accomplish the same thing these do. However, this new podium system is titanium, which is arguably stronger.
Hey JJ, just thought I'd throw this idea at you. Instead of a torch or that slow heat gun, try making an induction coil. Little experimenting on voltage and amperage levels and you could get it set up to put that insert in there for 3 seconds and be perfect heat for the glue. Just a thought. Probably not something the DIY archer would want to fool with but most definitely something for you for when you get orders for finished setups
I mean, the Valkyrie system is pretty bulletproof, and you can get a center pin outsert that's 20-22 gr and a 100 gr point if you're looking for a lighter weight up front. But then you have to use Valkyrie points and broadheads, which are pretty awesome. This new system is probably the best for being able to use any broadhead or point you want. They're not any lighter, but Eastons' new 4mm match grade half outs essentially accomplish the same thing with a center pin/ collar.
I’ll buy a dozen of each thanks MFJJ! Actually I wish you would’ve showed me these a few weeks ago I just bought a dozen px10 easton parallel arrows with the 100grain easton titanium inserts but they’re nice though.
Can you possibly make a video about making the tip of the arrow like inserts and collars maybe a bit of a difference on what to look for and what results you will get from different components maybe
Got a video idea, testing different styles of broad-heads, Fixed and mechanical in ballistic gel and seeing the different characteristics and what happens in the wound channel.
5 of my 2 piece system titanium collars fit nice and snug like in the video and the other 7 are loose enough to fall off on their own. Do I need to worry about this? I called and was sent G size to see if those would fit but they are way too small.
Any thoughts on using that hot melt for hit insert in a 5mm .204 arrow then a collar. Looking at ironwills setup due to overall weight I'm looking for. But love being able to get back components.

I ordered these and should get them here tomorrow! Cant wait to try these out!
Always appreciate your content and products!
Just ordered 12! THANKS! I even called easton and spoke to an engineer asking why they didn't make these! Thanks!

I’ve been waiting for you to come out with a better system than the Easton half outs. Glad they’re out now!

Liking the new components that you are coming out with!

Completely agree. I’m running Valkyrie… but if I wanted to shoot a different BH this is exactly what I would want.
Nice design improvement. I think I will give these a try.
Hands-down, the best system out there for a 4 mm👌
Thank you so much for making this and the insert it’s self amazing
Need to get my hands on 6 of these. Thanks for the in depth review.
Hopefully these stay in stock I know every time I looked at your other Ti outserts they were always sold out!
Now I would buy that system. And somewhere in this video you changed shirts
When’s the draw board shipping out?
I’ll buy a dozen of each thanks MFJJ!

Wish you could get them to 30ish grains as well.

Great content, you are the archery genius, I say no more,God bless
I’m a fan of the titanium 204 stuff they introduced last year
Best components on the market through and through
That's a nice system it will work for my easton fmjs but my other arrows are .165 it looks good though
Any plans for a titanium 6.5/.244 insert?
How much does the collar slide over the arrow?
Candles🕯️work really well when a heat gun or torch isn’t available.
I need to stay away longer are not work so much to catch your videos ✌🏻👍🤷🏼♂️
Take my money!! Do a 75 or 100 grain for the trad guys!!
What temp do you set your heat gun at? Never used hot melt before, but I think I’m sold.
Thank you for sharing this great information
God's Blessings
Mine will here Saturday
So don’t have to glue the collar on the shaft or is it a pressure fit type of deal that it is tight and won’t slide down the shaft?
Thank you. Appreciate your content
Amazing stuff, do the collars and inserts do the same for 5mm arrows?
already bought some for my x impacts. They are slick!!
About how much do they slide over the arrow?
@@Nick-im3ym only like a 1/4”
@@tannerwillis3701 thx!
So how much do the inserts and collars weigh? Roughly 65gr together?
Do you guys make the field points as well?

Rhetorical question.. Why do you pull the insert out, then push it back in? Just ordered mine for the Vap SS. S/F

Great looking product!!!
Any titanium outsets for standard arrows? Then use crossbow points…
So just to be clear - can the collar be bought separately for use in Deep Six?
When will your hit inserts be available?
Man got to get some for the vap ss
Have a look at Allite Super Magnesium as a material, supposedly lighter and a bit stronger than grade 1 titanium.
So there is no sleeve that covers the shaft?
Does that weight include the collar or not?
Is this similar to the two piece system on the GT Pierce LRT?
Great video, what do you think about the idea of going peepless?
I have been trying to find a 250 spine lighter gpi 4mm and am have trouble finding anything below like 9gpi any recommendations?
I think the Sirus archery Orion .166 250 spine arrow is right at 9 grains per inch. Check it out a
Do they fit px10 parallel pro? If they do I’ll take a dozen.
Do you sell and ship international ?
What’s the diameter of your other titanium .166 inserts
Valkyrie. This is a close second
Isn’t that what goldtip did with their new components for their pierce except made in titanium???
Don’t goldtips titanium half-inserts use the same stainless sleeve adapter as their aluminum half-inserts?
Ti for life
Is the price $10 per insert?
How much do the collars weigh?
Same set up as gold tip?
We need tips that taper to flush. Hopefully thats next lol
Will those accept weights in the back of the insert ?
Yes, they are setup to accept weights, the gold tip fact weights go in really nice.
Are you getting rid of your other .166 T outserts?
Nope
Wish you would ship to Australia =(
We do
Very cool. I'm ordering 6-12. Check the wallet first.
Hey mfjj
Is it possible to ship them to austria???
Easton Sonic 6.0 stainless 50/75 insert🙏🏼
what wrong with the Easton brass ones?
@@tehype765 honestly nothing but a little more durability is always nice
B@@Jory623 can get 125 SS from Ethics.
@@the_sharp_carpenter I know
What is total weight of components?
60 grains
Finally
$10 each ?
At some point we just have to admit 4mil was a bust and stop trying to make it work lol
Please checkout and try firenock components. He has been making titanium stuff like this for years. He makes components for everything.
No he hasn’t. He’s got one Aluminum outsert/sleeve with no post weighing 31 grains. Nothing titanium, nothing steel for .166
